Spent 2 hours on wait on the phone…

Spent 2 hours on wait on the phone Friday after it sends the delivery company have lost my item. To which I was hung up on before they even answered. Sent emails and no response . Delivery company DX are just as awful. So lazy spa have my money , Dx have lost my item and nobody contacts you and I’m unable to contact them. Tried again today for over an hour . I actually don’t think they answer the phones. Shame because I like there items but customer care and service is appalling.

Disgusting company to deal with

The warranty is worthless they ask for video after video that won't upload unless cut down and will drag it out months. This is the second lazy spa I've bought for the kids and they haven't even lasted 2 summers

Warranty is worthless

Warranty is worthless. Literally try everything to not swap out faulty goods. Customer service is slow. Asked for videos of faulty pump, then a week later asked for more, then a week later radio silence. Buy elsewhere!

Id give 0 stars if i could

Id give 0 stars if i could. 500 pounds we aren't getting back and trying to fight for.
Made an order for a lazy spa surround. Truck turns up and it's not even in there. They then ask to rearrange. I said no and to refund. They then go away and I am in a battle with customer service to get my money back! They keep giving excuses on the customer service line. Now taking this further to try and get my money back. Disgusting con people

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. The heater/pump part as broken. Phone the helpline they are no help, n have to use their online warranty claim . They ask a question , you answer and then it takes them another 2 days to respond, sometimes longer. I'm not very tech savvy, so it's been extremely difficult. Will not purchase from them again. Not sure it will ever get fixed/replaced. Waste of money

So upset with Lazy spa had to have 2 replacements as starts to deflate despite us doing all the checks for where it is deflated & looking after spa diligently
Warranty should’ve started agin when liner was replaced
1 week out of warranty & has started to deflate again customer service not interested
There is an obvious fault with theses spas
NOT WORTH MONEY

Recently had to order replacement part for my lazy spa miami ordered and paid for next day delivery before the 2pm cut off still waiting 2 days later for item rang company up to see why item still not arrived when ordered Wednesday and still not delivered on Friday finely got through to them promised to look into where item was and ring me back with explanation and when I could expect delivery of my item but unfortunately hours later still waiting for call or email back to see where my item is or when to expect delivery and now closed looks like next day delivery to them means when it turns up so don't bother paying for it waste of good money and you will just be given excuses and no promises call back when you call customer service one verydissatisfied customer

AVOID AVOID AVOID. IT FEELS LIKE THIS COMPANY ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY AND DOSENT CARE WHEN IT SELLS FAULTY POORLY BUILT PRODUCTS I REPEAT .AVOID AVOID AVOID. Wish I read the reviews first even 1 star is too good for them. I bought a top of the range palma for £1100 only for the pump not to work from the start. Only had it set up for a month and used 6/7 times with constant error codes and yes I'm changing the filters and adding chemicals. There customer service are rude and usless and will do anything to avoid there inadequacy or help you. The same goes for the awful email responses. They say and do everything they can so it looks like there not selling faulty POORLY built products. Some how it's the weather or your fault or something else. I don't know how they get away with it. Best off avoiding and hopefully the company goes bankrupt and there rude staff loose there jobs!

Avoid bestway lay-z-spa

Avoid bestway lay - z - spas like the plague, had mine right on 12 months and emptied it out to clean it and put a thicker underlay under it and then went to blow it up and it leaked air from the top outlet inside the liner located above the filter system, contacted bestway who fobbed me around for 3 days of useless information only to tell me that they realise it’s an issue but unfortunately they can’t replace even the liner but a 5% discount on a $350 liner, absolutely filthy with the after sales service and it’s just a call centre and know nothing about the product and can hardly speak English, Dave your $$$$ and go elsewhere..

I would strongly advise you not to use this company. We purchased a lay-z-spa at the end of June 2022. Granted it is not lay-z-spas fault we purchased it mid season but this meant we only used it for 3 months. Got it back out in April 2023 with the intention of using it till October. We changed the water at the beginning of July (the most expensive part is filling and heating up to the temperature) and a couple of weeks later we noticed the seam was faulty. This meant we had to empty the tub and request a claim on the warranty. We received a replacement liner a couple of weeks later but it wasn't worth the expense having to refill the tub and heat back up to temperature so again only managed to use it 3-4 months. We got the tub back out again mid May due to commitments and again we have now had another problem this time with the unit after refilling. The unit is 2-3 months out of the original warranty and we are expected to replace this ourselves so £600 for a unit we have used less than 9 months. I certainly won't be recommending or purchasing again 🤬

Plug started to overheat and physically melt. After a lot of phone calls and having to chase them up they have said that it’s not a manufacturer defect!🤷‍♂️😡

Helsinki Spa - avoid like the plague

Brand new Helsinki Spa, liner air leak developed on the seam within 3 weeks! Spa only used twice. Obviously a manufacturer quality control issue, shoddy adhesive application. Tried to claim on their warrentee only to be told I was not covered based a technicality buried in the small print. When i expressed my complete disgust to the claims representative, he informed me that I "should have read the small print first", in a resigned voice. So lazy spa seriously expect me to check the pages of tiny small print on their warrentee agreement prior to buying their product? When people spend a lot of money on a product they expect it to WORK as advertised, they are not thinking about checking insurance fine print. A Huge amount of my Money wasted on a shoddy poor quality product, now useless, bought on the promise of a solid warrentee that is seemingly worthless. Avoid this company like the plague, if I could give zero stars I would, I see many others have had a similar experience. Just wish I had checked trust pilot first! I feel completely ripped off - Furious.

Above and beyond customer service I…

Just read some the recent reviews and I don’t recognise them from the excellent service I received, not just this time but last year also when I experienced a problem. I had an error code 02 which meant an issue with the water supply. I filled in the online form and got a response within a couple of days. I uploaded the videos required and then discovered my warranty had expired about 3 weeks previously. To my surprise they accepted that there was a faulty pump and that although I was out of warranty I would be sent a new one which arrived today. The service I received has been first rate and I’m most grateful for this. Thank you.

Bought a brand new Helsinki spa we are…

Bought a brand new Helsinki spa we are still actually waiting to use it as can’t get rid of the error code! Took 5 days for someone to get back to us just to get sent a video of what to do. Like we hadn’t tried that already! We obviously had tried all the resets and nothing is happening. It’s brand new just send a replacement!
We owned a Vegas spa before for 10 years & never had to reset. Had no problems with it until it developed a leak & as it was quite old thought it would be nice to get a new spa.
I wish we’d never got the thing as now it’s probably full of stinking stagnant water as it’s never worked the minute it was plugged in.
I recommend not to buy anything from these as they are no help whatsoever.
I didn’t even want to give 1 star as I feel so angry & disappointed.
Absolutely loved my old Vegas and was so looking forward to what I thought would be a slight upgrade as I thought after 10 years this would be even better.
I just want someone from the company to resolve this quickly. It would be lovely to be able to use my spa while it’s still summer.
If you get one that works it’s brilliant but if you have problems they don’t want to know.

Has to be by far the most inept company in history.
Had a pump less than 3 weeks old stop working and trying to get it sorted under the useless warranty is ridiculous. 3 attempts at activating the warranty through the website link and all 3 attempts came back with the reply "sorry you have come through to our sales team you must re submit using link provided... this link does exactly the same.. i rang the customer support hahahah i honestly thought i was being spoofed by the guy on the other end absolutely useless. up to this moment in time i have still had no joy or support.. buy a proper hot tup is my advice

Shocking Customer Service

Shocking ,, unhelpful customer service, Sell products that dont last . Staff dont want to help and leave you thinking why you have brought a Lazy z Spa

Biggest mistake i have ever did was buy a hot tub from this cowboy Company,

The pumps are constantly faulty saying EO2 and nothing can change that, the pipes break and fracture.

Excellent warrantee customer service

Excellent warrantee customer service. Damaged spa inflatable lid and leather cover replacements provided within 2 weeks.
Items were under warranty, I was sceptical after reading the reviews if my warrantee would mean anything. Pleasantly surprised their warrantee procedure is easy, I put in 2 separate claims 1 for each component and they were delivered next day delivery once the claim was approved.
