Terrible customer service.
Broken pump. Endless emails back and forth (including many videos and photographs).
Eventually sent a spare part for me to fix!
In the ensuing phone call I was shouted at, told they wouldn't help anymore and eventually had the phone put down on me.
Truly appalling customer service.
Shambolic products and service
I submitted a warranty claim for a broken pump in August and after 3 months of backwards and forwards sending countless videos, pictures, emails and complaints they FINALLY agreed to send me a new pump.
Needless to say the pump didn’t arrive after waiting in all day for the supposed delivery.
I phoned up (and after waiting on hold forever) the adviser said they can’t help and to send ANOTHER email or speak to the delivery company. The on-duty manager (Ruth) refused to take the call from the adviser and the adviser said they’re unable to log a complaint.
Shambolic customer service from start to end - avoid this company and it’s products at all costs.
Another email and waiting weeks for a reply it is…
Terrible customer service when there’s a problem
We purchased a lazy spa which was great to start with. We have now experienced a puncture in the exterior of the spa. We have contacted the company on a number of occasions to claim on the warranty. All we get is a generic reply saying we have to find the hole and then they will do something about it. Appalling customer service. If you are giving a warranty surely you must honour it
Please do not waste your money on the…
Please do not waste your money on the Helsinki hot tub. 2 pumps and 2 liners unusable after less than 2 year. When the liner went for the 2nd time, they offered me another. I refused this as I have now bought a different model from a different company. I asked if maybe they could send me some chemicals as a goodwill gesture the answer was no. The only reason for 2 stars is they replaced items no bother. Bare in mind there was only me using the tub 😌
Lazy spa rubbish
Lazy spa Vegas hot tub. Developed an air leak which meant water was getting into the inner liner inside the air tube. Thus filling il with water and getting into the blower unit. Done everything asked from website as to claiming and still they say no.
Stay clear of this company absolutely no customer care whatsoever.
Absolutely disgraceful , nowhere does it mention taking pictures of the the serial number on the liner, I have supplied all details asked for and still you won’t supply a new inner liner.
£500.00 wasted thank you very much
Bought a brand new Lazy Spa Vegas
Bought a brand new Lazy Spa Vegas , 2 year warranty. Now the liner has a leak and it’s in a inaccessible place. Made a warranty claim 2nd Sept , chase on the 9th and again on the 15th via the portal , tried and failed to get through to them. I am sure they will blame COVID but either the products break all the time or they are just plain not interested.
So far, so good!
Bought a Maldives hot tub which was delivered roughly when they said it would be. The instructions weren’t great (diagrams too small for my dodgy eyes) but managed to find some YouTube videos and got there in the end. So far, the hot tub has been fab and I love it.
I had cause to call Lazyspa and whilst it was a looong hold on the phone - they did correctly predict in the initial automated recording how long it would take to speak to someone. When I got through to them, I spoke to a very pleasant lady who explained that they had replied to my emails within the time they said they would. It was my mistake because on looking back, I realised I’d seen them but not read them as I assumed they were ‘auto’ replies. Anyway, after a few minutes on the phone all issues were cleared up to my complete satisfaction.
If it hadn’t been for the long hold to get through, I’d have given them 5 stars. I’m happy to recommend Lazyspa and their hot tubs though.
Poor after sales - Monaco Lazy Spa
Bought a Monaco Lazy Spa in 2018. It remained in their box for 6 months while we moved house. Initially set up in Spring 2019. It arrived with 3 punctures in the lid, tried to repair with tyre repair kit but failed (due to steam). Then the main spa developed an air leak from inside the valve, making it impossible to repair. It was a slow leak meaning iut was useable but soon became worse. I advised Lazy-Spa UK who frankly seemed uninterested as soon as they realised it was just outside the 2 year warranty, although they pretended to consider my request for another spa. I didn't need the heater/pump or lid, so asked for a replacement. Their approach was not very sympathetic. So I don't recommend them.
Lazy spa underwater light
Purchased underwater light item did not fit
Sent back using there send item back page printed the address label went to post office and found i had to pay for the return postage of just over £4 even though it was not clearly marked up in listing what models it would and would not fit
Will never use them again worst experience i have had shopping online ever
All beware when shopping at Lazy spa uk
Lazy spa customer service or lack of it
Well he’s goes, we purchased a lazy spa Milan air jet plus back in November 2020, already we have had issues with this spa. Last week the pump just stopped with an E02 error, went on the lazy spa website & did all the trouble shooting “so called fixes” still nothing turn it on as soon as it tries to pump water E02 error code. I have registered a extended warranty with lazy spa as we had nothing but trouble with our previous spa after a couple of years. Tried looking on the web to report the fault so started the process, OMG what a long winded process, photos of this photos of that, videos of something else, any way jump through all the hoops, tick all the boxes & wait. Waited over a week maybe more and still no reply. You couldn’t buy these spas for love or money as they were sold out everywhere why have they not got some service engineers that can go round & look at the problems for there valued customers. Well this is my second one so far & I doubt there will be a third when this one finally gives up. Don’t know how long we will have to wait for this issue to be fixed , won’t be much of the summer left by the time they get there fingers out. I get the pandemic has had an effect but surely with record sales, they should up there game on custom service side. It all in the name lazy buy name !!!!!
DO NOT BUY....
DO NOT BUY..... The after sales is awful. We needed a new pump after just 9 months. The part is under warranty. We started the process for a new part in June after spending time initially trying all the things that they recommend to fix the issue. It is now mid August and had nothing only emails asking for more info, pics and videos. Obviously a ploy to drag things out.. Every time they respond to an email the time sets back to zero as if you have only just started a claim. The warranty runs out in September and this date is getting closer and closer. Please do not waste your good earned money on this brand....
Scam artists and frauds
My order was late by about 14 days. Then when the order finally arrived it was put in an area that was viewable to everyone that went past with Bestway LazySpa written all over it guess what the item is gone. Contacted the company directly for tem to tell me that they had a photo of the delivery on a doorstep. I asked if I was in the photo or any one was in the photo they replied with no, I asked if the door was open in the photo or was my door number present in the photo once again no. I filled out the disclaimer form which I was asked to do, to have no response for days. I then received a message on their portal to say a refund has been actioned to no once again hear nothing. This is theft and fraud. How can this disgusting company think it's ok to put their customers out of £300 for days or weeks. While blaming it on the ping demic. Now they are not taking calls and are deleting bad reviews and comments on facebook and other platforms before they say it's because of the ping demic I don't know any other company having this much difficulty so your staff members must either be licking each other other or not washing hand after going to a public toilet. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES AND FRAUDS…..
I think lazy spas website is pathetic…
I think lazy spas website is pathetic will not let do an order and the phone lines are even worse will definitely not be using these
Don't buy a lazy spa
So for days now we have been trying to report the fault with our Lazy Spa Vagas.
It is still under warranty.
I have obviously tried all the tips on the lazy spa site. But still showing errors.
Today I am currently sat with the mobile on speaker phone and have been on hold for 1 hour 30mins
It states to use their automated system on line make warranty claims
IF ONLY. There IS NO WHERE TO DO THIS.
The site sends you round in a circle with no where to submitt an actual application.
The customer service is an absolute joke.
Not a happy bunny.
These are not cheap items.
I won't recommend this company to anyone

Complete waste of money! Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible! We have had 3 lazy spas over a period of 5 years, 2 of which were the inflatable types and our most recent a Helsinki spa c£900!!! It’s 7 months old, we have used for approx 5 months we have had no problems until we come to empty it for the first time and the seal in the plugs split with it now being unusable! I have tried to contact lazy spa each day for the last week holding on to a phone line for 55 minutes a time ( my whole lunch hour) with no answer! Logged a warranty claim and the times scales for a response move back daily! Over the time period we’ve had these spas I have spent nearly 2.7k on unfit for purpose inflatable paddling pools, only when I bought the latest I went fir the highest quality hoping it would be better! I was wrong. DO NOT BUY!
Poor customer aftercare.
We purchased a LazySpa in February and to be fair have loved it. However it developed a fault in the inner liner (advised by the online forum group) which means the tub is beyond repair. We contacted Lazyspa via their online pages (no one to talk to) to claim under our warranty to be advised it can take 28 days to respond. 2 weeks later we received an email saying they needed more video evidence despite a full explanation - by which time we have let the water out and deflated the machine for obvious reasons. A pool sitting with water in not healthy, not wasting electricity keeping it up until they respond. We have sent further videos to show it won't even inflate now and still we are waiting. Appalling level of after care. The most lovely weather and no hot tub to use! No one to speak to and each time that you send an email you receive an automated one which says expect a reply in 28 days. Not good enough. People spend a lot on these products and while I accept things go wrong - this particular product the Lazyspa Vegas appears to be a constant source of criticism for this fault - there is no excuse for poor communication.
Laz-y Spa Helsinki
I had a problem with my Lazy-spa pump that was just over a year old displaying an E02 error that after trying all the steps suggested was still not working. Luckily I had an extended warranty but this process was far from easy and involved me having to fill and refill the tub and send various photos/ videos etc and then repeat the whole process - Initially I was told it was the filter housing causing the issue (which was not the case) and it was only after I disputed this that they eventually sent out another pump. Part of the requirement for getting the new pump was to have to sever the electrical cable and send a photo for proof it had been destroyed - I understand why they do this (so people don't make false claims or sell them on) but I then had to dispose of the pump myself - surely it would be better for Lay-X-Spa to try and recondition these to reduce waste.
A week after I received my new pump I got a problem with my liner - It got a small tear in the seam where it is joined together on the inside - I thought 'here we go again' and was ready to go through the process again to make a claim only to find out that the liner (just over a year old) was only under warranty for a year (not two like the pump) so I didn't bother - Long story short I have had to pay out £699 for a new liner which took ages to arrive and when it did the pump inflation valve had a problem and I had to improvised to inflate it. To put it in to context I originally paid £750 for the entire set up, so to pay £699 for a new liner is an insult.
I should add that I previously had a Lazy-spa Miami which also ended up with a hole in it. I purchased the Last-spa -Helsinki as I thought it would be more robust. I don't expect it to last much more than a year (despite me looking after it well) which means I have now spent £1449 on this hot tub which is incredible bad value for money.
To add insult to injury I asked when I was sent the new pump if the warranty for it would be reset to two years and was told that it would only be under warranty from the date of my original purchase which means it only has 9 months warranty. I fully expect to be without my Laz-y-spa by the end of the year judging by my previous experience.
In addition to the above comments the inflatable lid is awful - somehow it has water inside of it (I have no idea how) the only way you could get the water out is to cut it open and order a new one at an extortionate price.
Last but by no means least I also purchased a Laz-y-spa round floor - this is badly made - you have to put it together like a jigsaw (it doesn't stay together either) if there is so much as a breath of wind to comes apart before you manage to get the hot tub in place. I can't understand why they don't just make it as a complete item.
Cancun hot tub a waste of money
Purchased the cancun hot tub in 2020 & used for a few months with no issues.did everything we should have to store over the winter. Got the hot tub out to set up for 2021 but there were at least 6 tiny holes and contacted the warranty company who are there on behalf of lazy spa. After lengthy videos, pictures and hours of our time we were told not covered. We contacted argos head office as I paid for it on interest free credit on a 12 month period including the month we were trying to set up. After timely calls with head office not customer services we returned with full refund.
Disappointing nightmare and waste of money as we had purchased lots of filters etc for the long term. I noticed that the 2 year warranty has since been removed and was not fit for purpose.
Purchased an non inflatable MSpa which was obviously more money but having got used to a hot tub we know we will get what we paid for.
We bought a lazy spa via Amazon but we…
We bought a top of the range lazy spa via Amazon but we are trying to get hold of Amazon or Lazy spa as to why we have wrong connection for the filter. Now 4 days with no reply. Lazy spa do not have contact number which Is very poor customer service. All we need to know is why we have wrong connection. Very disappointed as we had done our research and it looked they they had great customer service.
