Important part missing
We purchased a Lazy Spa Mauritius hot tub. It was constantly deflating which we finally found was a fault along the seam. After many photos, videos and emails the liner was finally replaced, by which time it was winter so we never put the new one up. Went to put it up today and there is no plug with the new liner to stop it deflating. I mean seriously, this is one of the most important parts of the liner. We obviously disposed of the faulty one but would never have thought to keep the plug. Now we are again unable to use it and knowing how slow their customer service is, this will probably be the second year we can't use what was actually a new hot tub. No doubt by the time we do the 2 year warranty will be up on the pump despite the fact we haven't actually had chance to use it properly yet. Very poor service from Lazy Spa
Lazy spa landfill company
Lazy spa should be ashamed of themselves. In a day where we are trying to be environmentally friendly they operate a throw away system. I have a lazy spa which is just over its two year warrenty. Last year the hot tub join split, which to be fair to lazy spa after lots of photos etc they replaced. This year get the spa back out after being stored away for the winter and the pump returns an e02 error. Tried the fixes on the website. Just out of warrenty, lazy spa response buy a new one. I'm sure it will be something small that is easily fixable. How can they provide a repair service. They just say to buy a new one. The warranty goes from date of purchase not date of delivery, with many hot tubs in back order that's a good way to shorten the warranty. When you pay more than you would pay for a washing machine why would you not expect it to last more than 2 years! Especially when most people store them away for the winter.
Stay away from @LazySpa
Stay away from @LazySpa - Their product is certainly not Premier and customer service 1*. Had a product three months, deflating all the time, carried out soap tests for three hours and cannot find source of the leak. Still deflates but they will not exchange. Poor Poor Poor.
Customer service lacking
We bought a hot tub for our special needs child to do therepy in ( which he loves )
Unfortunately the side bubbled which was quite uncomfortable
Getting in touch with customer service was fine but the one size fits all solution to problems arising was not helpful
We had to cut our hot tub (which I explained would cause great upheaval) and send a picture of it cut to get a new liner We asked would there be any possible way to send the liner We would cut the old one when it arrived but to no avail
So after getting a 7 day warning the case would be closed We cut it
Were currently 4 days no hottub with a message this morning looking for pictures again as weren't recieved even tough I uploaded them twice now
I'm beyond disappointed with the service 😞
Through no fault of our own We have no hottub the old liner outside for us to dispose of and 3 to 5 days for response to every email sent
##8835-74##
As of yesterday may 29th my case was closed (no contact just closed the case after sending automated emails)
I've a hot tub sitting out back with hole in it no phone line to ring them on as the number says to email and nobody emailing back
Next steep is trading standards absolutely no customer service atal!!!!!!!!!!
Poor customer service
As others have said the problem is their lack of customer service. Had a jet light fail and the ensuing claim which involves photos and videos which then won’t upload to their form ends up taking hours.
All for a £23 light. Easier to buy a new one, which I imagine is why they make it so difficult to claim.
£800 for a one year experience
Bought cared for and one year later £800 worse off. Will not repair. These are impossible to keep leek free. 2nd one, last one. So nearly a good idea, but they don’t last
ZERO…

Lay-zed-Spa… eh?
Another poo 3rd world yank expression and bXstardisation of the English language to which hasn’t had a spelling or diction reform since 1895 (1895) we’ve been around longer than the approximate 250 years the yanks have, therefore the British English should suffice… “X” denotes the letter ‘a’ it’s NOT AN INAPPROPRIATE WORD …..
We are on our second inflatable tub…
We are on our second inflatable tub which is the Miami. It will be our last. As soon as a puncture appears, throw it in the bin. Repairs kits, official lazy spa kits or others are useless and don't work. You will spend hours of your life repairing and chasing round the hot tub and lid to try and find the holes. And when repaired they will still leak. Utterly useless. Depressingly bad product.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Terrible customer service - AVOID at all costs! Millions of tiny black rubber particles started to appear in our spa and despite frequent attempts to remove these through emptying, cleaning and refilling the spa, millions more would appear. After research online it turns out this is a common fault with these spas where the pipes in the liner disintegrate which always seem to happen just after the 2 year warranty expires - how convenient. Customer services were terrible - they just read from a script and were no help whatsoever. It is a clearly a manufacturing fault which they would not take responsibility for. They tried to suggest the spa wasn’t maintained properly which absolutely wasn’t the case as I tested the water weekly and topped up chemicals to the exact measurements included within the lazy spa guide when required. We spent a lot of money on this spa that we had saved for and wish we never had. Will never buy from them again and are advising anyone who will listen to do so at their own risk!

Liner failed internally, leaking into the air tube
Sent videos of the issue ,the response was that I must show the physical hole
Explained this was not possible but the video I have sent shows the leak is between the inner liner and the air tube
Response was unless you send a picture of the internal issue we can't do anything
Very poor service and a very poor and dangerous product.
Very lucky the failure didn't result in flooding due to poor design
Avoid their products if you value your safety and want a good experience when things go wrong
These liners have design flaws in them the company is very aware of and tries to hide
I have used Lazy Spa products over the…
I have used Lazy Spa products iver the last four years and always found their support to be prompt, fair and efficient.
On Tuesday of this week I emailed to get advice on a problem within 2 hours they had called me and as I was on my way to work organized a face time call to investigate further the next day.Tge called at the pre arranged time and subsequebtly followed up with a warranty claim e-mail which allowed me to upload my receipt and further evidence.Within 3 days of my e- mail they accepted my claim and I now await confirmation if despatch of a new liner.I cannot recommend this company more highly to anyone looking ti purchase a hot tub.

Have a Miami lazy z spa didn’t last a year before every seal etc in unit fell apart . Have spent so much time replacing parts I’ve finally given up .😡 After paying £600 for it. Would not recommend .
Burnt melted plug blew electrics!!
Purchased lazyspa, used a couple of times, plugged it in the other day only to have the it blow the electrics. On checking found that it had over heated and melted/ burnt the plug!… zero response from anyone following numerous attempts at contacting them!
Disgusted!
Lazy in name lazy in support
Would be a zero if it was possible.
Case numbers for reference.
7831- 41
8216- 65
Brought a lazy spa last year and had nothing but issues with it.
Support are rude, unhelpful and keep closing the case on you while you try to get help after waiting days for a reply.
Only way to get anywhere is an outdated website support system, that takes ages to even get a response
I have a current case where it’s obviously faulty from the start which they have ignored for months and now the machine has blew up and burnt my plug socket to pieces.
After I stated over the course of weeks there was something wrong with this machine on a faulty mechanical side of things.
But apparently the machine being faulty and burning my garden fence down is my own fault somehow.
How is this even legal?
Bunch of crooks
Never would I ever buy one of there products again.
Purchased a spa less than 3 months ago…
Purchased a spa less than 3 months ago over £500, used once and now not working, trying to make a warranty claim and they make it as difficult as possible requiring pictures, videos, receipts even though it was purchased direct from them, I would avoid buying anything from Bestway/Lazy Spa and their customer service is non existent, long waits on the phone etc. They assume everyone has a video phone and is adept in its use.
Lid broke/kept deflating
Lid broke/kept deflating. Had to waste huge amounts of time jumping through hoops to prove that I wasn’t lying about it being broken basically. I was told to video the fault to then be unable to load the video due to file size limits. Absolutely ridiculous and all on the customer to do all the work and sort despite it being a fault with their product.
Absolutely shocking product
Absolutely shocking product. Gone through 3 Vegas liners in three years through shoddy manufacturing. Followed all care and use instructions to the letter, only for the bubble ring seal to fail, and water to escape into the outer ring. Like so many others, customer service is useless. Took the decision to go for the free 'extended warranty' to protect against this on the last replacement. Used for two months between August to September last year, then carefully, and as per instructions, dried and packed away the spa. Set it all up again in May of this year, only for it to fail this week. Although I received confirmation that I had successfully registered for the two year warranty, i have just been informed that the 2 year warranty only applies to the whole set, the liner is only covered for 6 months!!!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID these products!!!!!
Vegas lazy spa pump and liner both broke!!!
Purchased a vegas lazy spa in may 2021 with a 2 year warranty. As luck had it my pump broke in june 2023 so contacted lazy spa and the said it’s out of warranty and they replied there’s nothing they can do. So I purchased a new pump at a cost to me. Now one month later the inner liner has split so contacted lazy spa again and same as last time they can’t do anything as it is out of warranty. Even thou this a a clear design fault because it has split behind the bubble jet ring. That’s 2 major issues with this spa!!..just over two years and the pump went and now the liner has split . I strongly recommend not buying this product or any lazy spa products you will have nothing but issues with no customer service care, as soon as that 2 year warranty is up they are not interested in faults get a spa with a longer warranty off a better company.
Lazy spa hot tub
I've now had 3 hot tubs and each one has packed up after about six months after.Ive given up on customer services because they say we've had no information from you or its disappeared waste of time and money. You are better off renting or buying a proper one.
10/7/2022
We purchased a lazy spa St Lucia last July and used it till around sept then packed it away as lt came out the box and stored it in the original box . Got it out 3 weeks ago to find it has a leak . So we did take out extended warranty which runs out 10/7/23 . We got on to the company and their customer service is about as is usefull as the product . We sent a video of us trying to find the leak (please bear in mind I trace gas leaks etc for a living ) and could find no leak . We were sent a link to send bill of sale and proof of the tracing on the video. Since then they have now called us 3 times saying they have not received it . Then on the last call today guess wat they have the video but no date on the bill IT AT THE BOTTOM READ IT . After a heated debate I was told this can I look to see if it is a manufacturer fault . Hold on I did not make it you come out and find it if your that worried about paying for a liner it’s bloody ridiculous to ask some one this especially as I followed the instructions on tracing the leak as they set out . This company dont give a dam about customers they get your money through a sub standard product then make all sorts to get out of it . So I have gone to trading standards told them the full story . O and they need the bill of sale for the 4 th time with the date on it . One terrible company one terrible customer service and I asked where in writing is it set out I have to prove it’s a manufactured fault , go and do one . See you in court and your customer service has the right name name LAZY just like the product name I will never purchase any thing again from this mob . I not letting this go as a matter of principle they are treating us a very annoyed Mr and Mrs Lawrence but they may read this and ignore this to. They good at that
