Aaron was really professional and helpful - he was very quick with replying to queries and also very polite when I needed reminding to do associated Lettings paperwork! I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend him and the Leaders team in Bitterne.

The process of inquiring, viewing and placing an initial application were very easy and handled very professionally by the team. I found the official application had a few issues but Mia in Bitterne was very friendly and helpful in sorting these out for me.

I had a good thought about Leaders and not to good about hub check reference .

Aaron Carlow he is absolutely amazing kind and respectful, I bother him asking lots of questions and asking for viewing the same property 3 times and he just said “yes of course see you there” also helping us to the process to rent dilly with everything so smoothly .And the other person is the secretary (I forgot name 😞) she’s sweetie even when I’m not happy with the delay of reference papers, but she’s make me fill respect and listen.
Not good point for the process of renting is the reference hub
They asking you the same question and papers for around 4 times or more and because of this miscommunications take more time than you can expect.
But i truly recommend LEADERS STATE AGENTS. Cause we are whit them since we move to Southampton .

Aaron did a amazing job since he showed me the property until now, always nice and clear about every information requested at every phone call…and tomorrow I’ll grab the keys with him. Thank you.

Mia is a value to the leaders team. She made the process easy and easy to communicate with and pleasure to speak with. She is always helpful and very happy with her. Just call her if you are going to move. She will make sure this is done is the best possible way.

Mia has kept us updated and answered our questions by phone and email promptly, quickly getting back to us if she is not available at the time we phone.

we were looking for a property to rent and had been looking since March and we found one with Leaders. Mia in Lettings is so lovely to speak to. She has been so helpful and when I call nothing is too much to ask. it is such a pleasure to speak to her and in fact everyone i have dealt with at Leaders have been very helpful and knowledgeable unlike some other estate agents i won't name.

The whole process was really smooth and Aaron was fantastic. And the lady who showed as the place was also very nice.
They were very patient and accommodating. Very responsive to answering messages. In fact we were surprised how smoothly everything went. We are so very grateful to Aaron and his team for making this move so smooth and hassle free.
