There is a young lady in the northwich office who single handled moved me into my place. When I say I'm totally useless at following links and filling forms out I'm up there with the best of them. Poor grace had no idea what she had coming to her when she met me yet all the way through she was totally professional always wore a smile and her banter was out of this world. Honestly if you come to the northwich office ask for her. I cant thankyou enough grace.

While viewing one that wasn't quite right for us she mentioned a couple of others we might be interested in and the next day she showed us the one we're in now. Leaders is an absolutely great agency with amazing agents. I’ve had a wonderful experience with them especially with Kirsty Diggory she wonderful and very quick to respond to any queries.

We're in the process of having to vacate our current rental (where we've been for 8 years) due to the landlord selling up. We have viewed a fair number of potential properties through several different agencies. Holly has been most helpfully responsive, to email enquiries and keeping the lines of communication open - particularly valuable to us as our deadline line to relocate is so close. She conducted a property viewing for us last evening, and it was refreshing not to have any hint of an 'oversell' on her part, allowing us to form our personal appraisal of the house without distraction - yet always giving transparent and useful answers to our questions.
