Friendly team, quick and efficient, and very informative

Used Leaders for a property that I wanted to let. Grace was brilliant in explaining the process to me and what needed to be done aswell keeping me updated on what was happening and answering the many questions that I had. Thankyou.

I have used leaders letting agents for many years now and have always gone back to them. My recent experience with them was dealing with Jake Charters and I found him to be very professional and helpful through out the letting process. I was kept up to date via email and phone on a regular basis with any questions I had were answered very quickly. I would not hesitate to use them again. I also dealt with Rebecca and I found the whole team to be friendly and helpful whilst also providing a very professional and personal service

Leaders in clacton on sea is awful. I went in to ask about putting my property on the market and there was a 40 year old woman with red hair who was so rude to me. She was pushy and very condescending to me and put me off completely. The manger was also an absolute rude man. Big headed and rude and sarcastic. I couldn’t give my business to them so went with haart instead. Head office at leaders sort the Clacton branch out as they are honestly rude.

Leaders in Clacton have recently helped to sell a house which is now the home of a first time buyer who we hope will be very happy there. Rick and Laura were on hand to guide the process and supported both buyer and seller during a complex sale. If you are looking for an estate agent who will support you from beginning to end, whatever the circumstances, I highly recommend them to you.

Jake, Grace & Rebecca always helpful and professional always responsive on the phone & email. Great with technology as well. Definitely recommend

Avoid at all costs!

Watch out for Rick Hall and Karl Stock!

Do not be fooled by these backhanded sharks. I just wanted to sell my property but got reeled into their money-grabbing backhanded relationships with Lifetime Legal, who try to overcharge for a Credit Check and then upsell you into the crappy membership that you don't need, as stated by the sales agent when on the call. Even after requesting not to proceed, I have been charged the 80 pounds that is of no use to anyone now!

Avoid, avoid, avoid!

So two weeks into the search for my in laws property and Leaders in Clacton have by far been the best agent but this is all down to the young lady Ruby who has been going above and beyond to help us. Nothing asked if her is too much, she is a credit to the company.

I recently purchased a property through Leaders Estate Agents, and I have to say the experience was fantastic. Rick, who handled the process, was extremely helpful, professional, and always on hand to answer any questions. His attention to detail made the whole transaction run smoothly.

Laura in the office was also great, providing excellent support and communication throughout the process. The entire team at Leaders went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Great service all around!

Received some great support after my chain collapsed..Laura spoke with me highlighting options available to me from the team at their office. No complaints, Leaders did a good job in a situation made unnecessarily difficult by an incompetent solicitor acting for the vendors. The staff were helpful and there when I needed them.

Very poor. Not truthful and also have not taken down the advert after end of contract dates. Will not use again
