The staff was brilliant at all times from start to finish
The staff at clacton were outstanding at all times from the time we first put our property up for sale with them and always there if we needed help with paperwork what we found very grateful with all there support

The Lettings team at Clacton are fantastic! As a first time Landlord, their expertise has been invaluable when I was looking for my first buy to let property. They have helped me with rental prices and yields even with properties being sold with another Agent. The management services they offer are comprehensive, they are extremely compliant and well up-to-date with legislation, which is good for me as a new Landlord!
