Leaders had always been proactive and helpful during tenancy process and I have been dealing with them almost for more than two years and the service they provide had been wonderful. Specially my property manager, Robert Perry had been amazing and always help us with any request that we have regarding the property and been helping us with even our smallest queries fast at all times. Robert Perry is providing a prompt and attentive service as we let a property with Leaders. As an overseas landlord, he mediates very professionally and subjectively between the landlord’s and tenant's interests and requirements.

They have been prompt in regards to maintenance issues, which can also be referred via an online portal, and I've had contractors doing various jobs from fixing the oven to completely replacing the boiler with not much push needed on my part.

Their renewal process has also been quite painless and they have negotiated with the landlords on our behalf to get to a mutual agreement.

Honestly, I hear a lot of horror stories about slum landlords and hellish estate agents but Leaders are not one of them.
