Overall we had a good experience with leaders in Eastbourne when selling our house. Beverley was very easy to contact, always extremely friendly and helpful, and kept us updated. She did her best to make the process stress free. I felt that I could contact her directly whenever I had a question. I would highly recommend

Fay Tipper is an amazing property manager and always made sure that things were fixed when they went wrong and always happy to answer questions absolutely gutted to be moving (Landlord selling) but Fay has made the process easy to manage

A lot of misleading information which caused inconvenience and financial loss for me twice. Murray ignore phone calls for 3 days then they haven’t refunded my deposit.
Update: I had a partial refund hence changing from 1 to 3 star.

Terrible service, poor and slow management. Took over a dirty house, several appliances did not work and were never repaired. Had to move out prior to the end of tenancy as I had no working cooker or washing machine. Took 6 weeks to return my deposits despite continually chasing. No communication with the owner despite taking a management fee. Not a care in the world that their tenant was badly let down and no repairs were offered despite chasing. Shocking lack of management. I would never rent a property through them and definitely would not ask them to manage one.

We are really impressed with the support we receive from Leaders in Eastbourne and in particular, David Petrie who really goes the extra mile. We are very pleased with his prompt attention to any of our concerns and how quickly things are resolved. He offers very friendly and effective support.
