I am a Landlord using LEADERS IPSWICH since many years, and have enjoyed good service through-out. Now-a-days it is Abigail Gwilliam who principally manages my letting, and she maintains a good and friendly relationship with the tenant (which is very important for both me and the tenant), and also handles what-ever contractor visits that are required and amicably agreed.

Abi Gwilliam is always professional and helpful to my needs and I have no issues with anything she's helped me with in the past year I've been a tenant.

I have been very lucky to have Abi help manage my property for years. She is always on top of things. Whenever I needed her, she would offer her professional options as well as help without any delay. That makes me feel at ease with the remote rental.

This time, her professional opinion again helped me make up my mind to conclude the current tenancy which had two consecutive late payments in spite of the capped rental for many years. Before we found a place with leaders we actually thought we secured a place with a private landlord only to find out it was a scam. panicked and stressed we had a week to pack all our worldly belongings and find a new place to live. leaders was there and helped us secure a place in no time. now both me and my fiance have a lovely home.
