Leaders - Leamington Spa Reviews 

It's hard to describe what it went right during my experience as a tenant using Leaders as letting agency.

My personal experience has been accompanied by a lot of confusion, as I did not have one fixed reference contact and I had to interface to many different people and agents throughout my tenancy. This resulted in having to re-explain the whole background/needs/problems multiple times before being understood and helped.

To me, those are the three main issues I have been experiencing (there could be others, but let's keep it short)
1) At a certain point during my tenancy, I needed to amend the tenancy agreement to allow my girlfriend to move in with me.
it took more than 2 months tot them in order to make proper changes in the agreement, wasting our time in additional (and not needed) background checks on all of us (the background checks were already carried out on me 4 month before my girlfriend would join).
2) I requested a second set of key fobs (for my girlfriend's usage) to enter the building. It took about 3 months to have those after issuing the agreement amendment, while the agents kept changing their version and excuses about why it was not possible to make it faster.
3) As a final side effect of my tenancy amendment, they changed for no reasons and without proper notification the reference code for the standing order to pay my rent. Final result: additional time spent explaining to I don't know how many people that they received my money and there were no missed payments from my side

Perfectly requitement matching experience . They nicely understood the requirement and provided the renting property.

Very dissappointed, no communication from Leaders about my daighter's deposit refund. She left the place in better condition than when she moved in, never paid late, even the landlord said she was the best tenant he has ever had. Three months since she has moved out and just no joy from them. Just not interested to honor their reponsibility.

Excellent service from all the staff in Leamington Spa, especially Sara Tasker. She talked us through the process, was always available and quick to answer any queries and help with her knowledge of the local area. She made the move to a new location a lot less stressful.

Since I have been dealing with Harry Hayes directly regarding our tenanted property I would say that the service and communication being received is second to none. It is great to be able to deal with such an individual and Harry will always answer my enquiries and point me in the right direction etc for anything not directly under his remit. This is a review for Harry Hayes who I have just started to work with for the maintenance and check out/in of tenants at my flats. Harry is a very efficient person and deals with every detail which is great for me as I am a detail person. Plus he is super efficient which I also like. Great to be working with him hope he stays.

Honestly can’t fault a single thing from Leaders Leamington Spa when looking for a rental outside London for 12 months. The level of service received from Jenny as a Trainee was absolutely flawless, keeping me up to date at every stage and she is a true credit to Leaders.

No this is not a misunderstanding we we’re deliberately tossed aside because of my Nigerian name.. you have a lot of questions to answer but no by email no no we will arrive next week in numbers to protest this at your office in Leamington spa and we want Jennifer Fletcher to explain herself I want to know why I am not worthy of this tenancy but my work colleague was able to get his viewing WITHOUT QUESTIONS.. without being asked if he had a passport without being asked if he had good credit !!!

2022 and we are still going through this.

When I introduce myself you will know.

And I want to remind you that the property is STILL on the market so you obviously had no takers and i STILL have a Uk passport and I STILL have good credit and I STILL was no considered..

And if this was the will of the landlord then WHY was this allowed.. as I said many questions to answer we will see you next week.

Joshua Linton is the best property inspector I’ve had so far! He put all of my queries with my property into my report and answered any questions I had, a real gem of the company.
