I am very pleased with how Lauren Hare handled my entire process of moving- from enquiries to my actual move, she was spot on and helped me every step of the way to make the process easy. She replied to my mails promptly and made sure all my concerns were addressed.
There might have been a bit of set back on the day that I moved in but she took care of it and has kept the communication lines open so I am pleased with the company and especially with Lauren. Thank you.

Infact I am absolutely speechless, because I am short of words only to say Thank you to Mr Lewis Landell, for his support and constant support and efficient communication and good customer service, treating his clients with respect and dignity, he and his team have been wonderful, even with a welcome package, the process was smooth, I rented an apartment, without stress. Transfer of property management
I’ve transferred over management of my property to Leaders and from the first phone call with Kate I have had a brilliant experience. Kate has managed the transfer seamlessly, with regular clear communication and a proactive approach. I have not once been concerned that things were off track or had to chase for any updates. Kate has made a brilliant first impression to the organisation and I feel confident that my property is in safe hands with Leaders. Highly recommend!!

This is my 1st time of using Leaders…
This is my 1st time of using Leaders and I am very impressed. Leaders are very professional, kept me informed, have good market knowledge and I have been very hands off, as required, in the process of installing a tenant into my property. The team (Kate, Chelsea, Jenny) have been great and proactively overcome teething issues that were always going to arise. I will be using Leaders again.
