As Letting and Managing Agents, we limited working with Tenants on Benefits because of previous bad experiences, primarily due to Tenants not understanding what was expected of them, especially twined with an unsupportive Council staff.

Lease for Life is a hero of today's era
I like what Lease for Life is doing; they are helping people to understand their situation and navigating them in the right direction. It took me nearly one year to be accepted into the property. I knew how many people are rejected because they are in a bad situation and of low income. I really want to fight those ridiculous rules. At least to start with the right information towards people who need a home.
