I can honestly say that I was absolutely delighted with the service that Chris gave me, he was extremely responsive to my boiler breakdown and fitted in the diagnosis and repairs between his other jobs so that we could get our heating up and running during a very cold period.
Also, Chris clearly knows his stuff and he completed the work very efficiently, unlike another gas engineer that I tried first, who did not have Chris’s knowledge.
Lee’s Plumbing and Heating Services will be my only choice going forwards.

I met Chris after my own Worcester Bosch plumber retired and Chris took over the annual maintenance of the boiler. He gave excellent service and would 100% recommend him. I also spoke to him about refurbishing our bathroom and he had lots of ideas for us to think about and will definitely use him when we are ready to proceed with this. Thank you again Chris :)

Excellent, punctual service from Chris, who carried out an annual service on the central heating boiler, and replaced the bathroom extractor fan motor.

I met Chris as I am an architect and had several issues on various projects which Chris was very responsive and quick to organise the labour required to carry out the remedial and new plumbing works.
The work was completed extremely efficiently and within the budget allocation.

I met Chris at my daughter’s house in Bingham after a con man had fitted a boiler that was badly fitted, dangerous and had been condemned.. Chris realised that she had 2 small children and they needed heat and hot water. He was polite, friendly, efficient and so knowledgable. He looks after my wife and I along with our daughter. I would have NO hesitation in recommending him for any plumbing job large or small

I have recently had an additional radiator installed in my lounge.
The work was done by Sam who made an excellent job. He arrived on time, was very tidy and other than painting a small amount of new pipe work no remedial decoration was needed.
I am impressed by the workmanship and will certainly have any further plumbing work done by the company. In fact my boiler is being serviced by Chris shortly.

After hearing that my regular plumber had to retire early I needed to find a reliable replacement. Details of a local business was given to my relative and she passed those on to me.I left a message on the answer machine and I was contacted by Chris that evening . An appointment was made for Chris to visit and carry out my yearly gas boiler service the next week. Chris arrived on time and professionally did the service as required. I found him very curtious and will be using LPH Ltd for my plumbing needs in the future. Assurances by Chris that any emergencies would be answered even if he had to visit in the evening convinced me to choose Chris Lee.

I would highly recommend this company and their staff, when searching for a plumber/quote they were quick to respond, communication, advice and guidance was outstanding. They removed the stress to ensure the correct parts were sourced.
During the installation of our new cistern, Plumbers (Sam and partner) gave clear information of what they had carried out during the installation, also respectful when popping in/out of the home for parts/equipment. They were very clean and tidy when job was completed.
Even when we had a knocking noise they were quick to identify and rectify the problem.

The company installed my central heating boiler 8 or so years ago and it was due for service today.
Chris came today and carried out a thorough service - there were no problems.
He has always been friendly and polite - the same goes for all his staff - he was accompanied by an apprentice today.
The job was carried out efficiently and with care in a reasonable time.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the firm. They always do the annual service at a reasonable price and have done other jobs for me such as replacing kitchen sink, repairing leaking sink.

On time arrival: pleasant and polite people.

Completed the task in a timely manner and provided the required certificate.

Chris and his team installed a new boiler and heating system in our 1960’s built house that still had a single pipe system. Absolutely first class service from beginning to end. Very tidy and professional with excellent finishing to the decor. Cannot recommend highly enough and will absolutely look to book again for any future work.

I had a radiator replaced in a conservatory. Sam & Kyle worked methodically and carefully to fit the new radiator & refill the central heating system, ensuring all the radiators throughout the house were bled of air & everything worked correctly. Sam Haa developed a really good customer rapport with his conversation & explanation. As the apprentice of 1 week Kyle was polite, friendly, and learning quickly on the job. He will no doubt be a successful addition to this company. I'd definitely use Lee's plumbing service again.
