My boiler was broken, I looked on the Worcester Bosch website to see recommended installers and contacted Lee's Plumbing and Heating and spoke to Chris who was knowledgeable and honest without the hard sell and sucking of teeth! From meeting him to look at my boiler on the Tuesday, my super new boiler was installed by Sam and Chris that Friday. Very very happy with service from start to finish, they took care and were respectful - would certainly recommend.

Sorted a leak for me same day and fixed problem at great price, Cant praise or recommend high enough

Chris and Sam never fail to deliver excellent service, this is the fourth time using them and can't recommend them enough.

We needed to replace our boiler and resite the hot water cylinder. We asked Chris to quote since he had previously fitted the hot water cylinder when we needed an emergency replacement. He gave excellent advice on the sizing and siting of the boiler and cylinder and on how the pipework should be re-arranged. He provided a competitive quotation. His team went on to work carefully and considerately, minimising disruption to our daily life. They were particularly careful over cleanliness, putting down plastic floor covering and regularly sweeping up. The new pipework is neat, and the valves are clearly labelled. All in all an excellent job!

We needed a new combi boiler fitting to replace an existing floor standing unit.After several let downs from other tradesmen, Chris booked us in within 10 days of us accepting the quote. Boiler was fitting within the day, in the exact place we wanted it, whilst all being very clean.

Brilliant job,carried out efficiently and with minimum disruption,all waste taken away.

Would recommend to anyone wanting heating or plumbing work

We have used LPH for a number of years now, and Sam came round recently to flush our heating system and install an outside tap. I was a bit worried about the tiled wall he had to go through, but he managed a lovely neat job. He also diagnosed (and fixed) an issue with our underfloor heating whilst doing the flush. Very reasonable - no hesitations in using them again. Many thanks

Sam was very professional, arrived earlier than expected for the job which was brilliant, and kept us informed throughout the day. Sam gave us a detailed explanation of the new heating system. Chris & Sam have fitted 2 bathrooms, the attention to detail is excellent, completed on time and took care to keep the house clean and tidy. I’m very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them, in fact I have just asked the to fit new central heating for my mother.
