Usual excellent service . Kept me informed all along . Even phoned to advise he was going to be later than originally planned - even though only 20 mins late .
Never leaves a mess and happy to give advice & guidance on newish system to me . Would - and have - recommend to anyone .

Over the years we have used LPH on several occasions and have always been very pleased with the service we have received, Chris has always delivered a very good service, always very thorough and to a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LPH for any Central Heating/ Plumbing works.

Had a leak from the sink in en suite which we thought would be tricky to fix as it is a unit. However Chris was able to fix this without any trouble.
Very reliable and punctual, Chris cleaned up too.

An efficient and tidy team. Didn't know they had been. Installed a new boiler to our garage and removed old one from kitchen. Noticed a difference already in warms of house. Would fully recommended.

I found Chris to be very professional, providing a detailed quote for the work to be done and answering any questions I had. His very able assistant, Sam Joyce turned up on time at 8am (no problems with the traffic between his house and mine. about 3/4 mile)
Good Covid 19 measures in place. Sam fitted the boiler and Chris came later to fit a new immersion heater and Nest controller. Explained the new controls, cleared all materials away and left a tidy job. Thoroughly recommend LPH for service, repairs and new installs.

TRUELY AMAZING TRANSFORMATION – EN-SUITE
We have used Chris & Sam many times for various plumbing & heating jobs. This time we had an en-suite replaced all new piping, lighting,tiling and fittings, they did the lot from start to finish and the end result is amazing. They are really nice friendly chaps, utterly professional , trustworthy and their workmanship is second to none. They really think about the end result and are determined to get it spot on. Chris can also suggest great ideas and will always find a solution to any problem. If you want a high quality end result don’t hesitate to use these guys. We have complete confidence in them. Lee's Plumbing and Heating replaced our old boiler. I requested quotes from Worcester boiler website and most companies wanted to visit our property to check the existing boiler to give a quote (which we didn't look forward due to covid-19). Chris on the other hand just asked to send few pictures of the boiler and that was enough for him to know exactly what needs to be done! Very competitive prices. We had a lot of questions originally and Chris took time to explain how things work and make us comfortable that his company was the right choice. On the day, promt arrival, all PPE on hand, and made sure the site is cleaned at the end. Chris even helped us to install a new radiator that we were fiddling with and didn't have right tools to install ourselves. Cannot recommend them enough!
