This was my first experience of wax removal via microsuction. Elenor explained clearly what was involved and communicated throughout the process. The problem was effectively cleared up, gently and patiently. Then I completed a hearing test - again simple to do as well explained. It felt wonderful to have full hearing back again. Highly recommended!

I had a very pleasant experience with Elinor in Reading.
She was very kind and pleasant. She thought at first she could not suction my right ear but she persisted very gently but determinedly and when I saw an audiologist recently he remarked at what a good job she had made of it

Home again after several years. Due to travels abroad and then Covid, It has been a number of years since I had been able to make an appointment for an eye test.
I confess that I was worried what would be discovered and also I didn’t recognise anybody from my previous appointments.
I was treated as a lost son and the whole process was explained and conducted exceptionally professionally.

I went for an ear wax removal, and I was attended by a friendly receptionist who told me to wait for a minute, after which I was immediately seen by the actual technician, Elenor. She was very clear on what was going to happen in the session, as it was my first time, and acted very friendly and professionally throughout it. The procedure itself was painless and quick, and even after finding something strange in my eardrums, she was very reassuring. I couldn't be happier with the service. The location is great and the atmosphere in the shop is very modern and comfortable.

Very professional consultation for a hearing assessment.

On route to Reading on the train the small screw that holds the ear piece on my glasses fell out. Walking into Reading from the train station I stopped in Leighton to see if they could help me out as glasses were purchased elsewhere. Within a few minutes an new screw was fitted with no charge.
Now, that’s 5 stat service.

I went for ear wax removal and a hearing test. The removal was done gently, and the hearing test was very thorough, both completed by Anabela. I highly recommend Leightons for this service.

Indie, Sara and the crew just do a great Job. They've taken care of my sight issues for many years through to opting for lens replacement which has been a great success. A combo of expertise and professionalism in a family friendly way makes a refreshing experience . You do not want to even consider another high street option , they are that good IMO. Gary B

One of the screw of my glasses went lost, resulting the temple to fall. I went to their Reading store, and they successfully found a similar screw which suited my glasses perfectly! And they did it in like 5 minutes! If you have a screw lose, they’ll be able super helpful! 😄

I had to repair my glasses.

They were very professional, friendly, nice behaviour and with high quality services. They also sell a lot of different kinds of glasses with good prices.

I would like to specially thanks Mr Kevin for his very good and timely service, and professional repairing of my glasses.

I will go certainly to this shop next time if I have any issues with my glasses or if I want a new glasses.

I do highly recommend this shop to my family, friends and all of you reading my words.

I saw the great care and attention my partner received from Albert in Leightons, Reading and decided, having avoided wearing glasses for years, that this was the way forward for me. After an excellent eye test and new prescription Albert listened to my concerns and ordered some glasses and sunglasses that he thought would be best for me. He was absolutely spot on and he then, with patience and professionalism, made sure they fitted perfectly. I have now worn them both for two weeks while on holiday and I am delighted with the comfort and fit. Most importantly - I can see! Thank you Albert.

I was nervous about buying hearing aids, but all the staff at Leightons were kind and professional; the premises were airy and clean and staff were masked, so I felt safe.
I was impressed by all the tests and the clear explanations, Ash gave. I've been very satisfied with the quality of sound and the flexibility of the hearing aids, also the after care.
