I went to get the ear wax removal. Elenor was great, really nice and chatty, she took me through each step explaining and showing me what she was doing and how it works. It was interesting to know the process of it all and my ears were alot clearer after. Great service :)

I was desperate to have my ears dewaxed before going on holiday to Ireland and they were able to fit me in within 10days! Elenor was wonderful! the procedure only took a few minutes and was completely painless. What a difference! As I wear hearing aids, it was so good to be part of the real world again. Excellent wax-removal appointment
Elenor was professional, friendly and explained the whole process thoroughly. After past unsuccessful appointments with other providers, Elenor was able to succeed where they failed - for which I am extremely grateful! I enjoyed meeting her and would highly recommend her wax-removal services. I will definitely be returning for any future appointments.

Such a relief !
Ear wax removal was performed in a professional and painless way. Having had my ears syringed previously at my GP surgery, I can definitely say that the suction method was 100% better. It was completed in one visit and resulted in being able to hear clearly again immediately.

Hearing care
Visited primarily for a en eye test. When I arrived, there had been a no-show for a hearing care appointment which I was able to fill. Elenor was so kind, thorough and professional. She checked my ears and after finding they were quite blocked up, used mico-suction to clear them - it was a pain free and rather soothing experience; I felt so much better afterwards. Elenor then checked my hearing too. I felt very well cared for. Thank you, Elenor ☺️

Professional help with a smile
We received an invite for testing our eyesight at Leightons Reading Town Centre branch, it was our first time at Leightons and we didn't know what to expect, but we were very well received and the test was carried out thoroughly and professionally, it was followed by the process of selecting a new pair of vary-focal glasses, which was carried out very competently by "Rana" who was extremely professional and helpful to my wife and I. The whole experience was very pleasant from start to finish, and the resulting glasses I received was impeccable. I strongly recommend Leightons for their professionalism and their care, and all carried out with a pleasant smile.
