Great professional service - nothing is too much trouble and no hard sell. They tell you if the glasses don’t suit you 😊. Would highly recommend.

My previous eye test was with a high street shoe company.

The experience at Leightons could not have been more starkly different. They took their time with a very thorough, professional set of examinations and while I’m a few hundred pounds lighter (about the same as last time out) I am totally satisfied with the process and the outcome.

Kate and team have been looking after our daughter since her first pair of glasses at 18 months old. Kate has always helped find the best options at all ages, and makes our daughter feel very welcome and the focus of any visits. I did have a very good experience. I saw Gillian for my sight test, and I found her friendly, interested and very thorough. In fact throughout my time there, everyone I had dealings with were polite and professional.

I received my main eye test from the really excellent Murray, having previously been given scans. Murray did his level best to resolve problems I had with my eyes and his efforts seem to be successful. Kate was really good after the test and answered all my questions. All of the staff at Leightons Swindon are very nice and very professional. Oh, I must say that the lenses within the frame are quite expensive but really good. The best I have ever had.

Wonderful service - as always - from start to finish from Kate and all the staff in Old Town Swindon.
Their patience at my indecision as to which frames. Once again Kate went the extra mile to order some from Europe - and didn’t flinch when I eventually chose frames that were on display in the shop that had been suggested already 🤣.
I will never go anywhere but here, and 100% recommend to everyone.
