I had a wonderful experience with Mr.Ruffin, everything was clear and concise and he even was understanding of my kiddos being the background. In end, I signed everything, but was able to void the application within a 3 day window because I found a better loan deal through SoFi. I definitely would use this service again if I need to!

The call came in late in the evening…
The call came in late in the evening from one of their salespeople(Angel Mayoral). He took my information and informed me that, with a soft credit pull, he was able to provide a credit approval decision within five minutes. I trusted him and waited; he then transferred me to another person to finalize the transaction. The second person told me that he wasn't aware of any credit application, and he was a credit counselor. I asked to speak to a manager, but I was told no one was available to take my call, so I left a message for a callback. I'm still waiting. I wonder now if my information is safe with them?
