Will never use this company again.
Despite multiple emails to the company, they have not responded to me.
Order was sent, over £50 spent and order delivered to a different address.
They do not seem to want to bother contacting me back.
Sent via DPD, with a picture of a front door, which is not my front door. Particularly so, as I live in a flat in an old property. The door is clearly modern a new type house.
This wouldn't be an issue, but as they will not respond to my emails, I will be sending them a chargeback via my bank account as soon as possible.

Always amazing service
Always amazing service. For example, this last order was shipped within about 30 minutes of placing the order and arrived (with free shipping) the next day even though that was a Sunday. The chocolates are delicious too, of course! Perfect, pralines.
