This poses itself as a NY company closing it's doors, that is a scam. They must have a warehouse in the states because they ship fast. My order arrived i a week and it is cheap Chinese junk! I emailed to return and was offered 10%refund to keep it or return it at my expense to China and hope it arrives. It won't. Scumbag bait and switch! Got me for $100. I'm trying to track their warehouse to torch it.

I wish I would have gone to Trustpilot first but an expensive lesson learned! I don't even believe that the people who are displayed as the owners of this fake company are even real! They had a button on the check out page that offered a second item at a discounted price and when I tried to check out it added the item and I did not want a duplicate so I immediately reached out to their support and they told me they could not cancel the order even though it had only been seconds when I had submitted the order. They told me I could return the unwanted item instead. When I got the items they were not real leather as marketed and looked awful. However the return process is to fill out a form and ship the items back to China which with the weight of the items would not even yield the proper refund after deducting the out of pocket cost and based on the other reviews, they would not refund me anyway. So to stop the bleeding I will just donate these items. I think this scam company is hoping you will just do exactly what I am doing which will give them profit over profit. I will NEVER order online again without doing my check on this site and others. Lesson learned but it is a shame that these are the days we are living in.

The coat they sent was sized very small. I bought another coat the same size which fits great but this one I couldn't even get across my back. They insisted I measure it... I'm disabled. I shattered my arm. I can't do what they asked. They offered to give me $3 on a $60 purchase. 😵‍💫 They want ME to pay for the return, costing about $20 when the sizing is off, therefore their fault.
They keep telling me to measure the coat. I had an awful time getting the coat back into the bag to return it. I'm not taking it out again and asking someone to come over to measure it. I've never had anything like this happen before. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is a scam!! These China companies will NOT let you return because they send you a fake address and the package never is delivered back and you do not get a refund!! Do not order from this company! It’s a SCAM!!! I will Return to sender. Then you have to get your bank or how you paid to investigate and give you your money!!? It’s awful these companies are allowed to do this!!! They deserve a -100 rating.

Placed an order before checking reviews of Lester & Jones. I cancelled the order within 11 minutes. I have contacted their Customer Support 5 times today but thus far, the response has been absolutely unacceptable. I’ll neither accept nor pay for the order if it arrives. Buyer beware!

I agree with the plethora of other reviews that this is a SCAM. Terribly quality, bad sizing, fraudulent market on website. Not from NY at all. I hope the people who's faces are being used are informed!

Saw an add on reels and decided to purchase a pair of shoes. After submitting payment via PayPal, I was notified of a foreign transaction. I right away sent an email to their support requesting that the order be cancelled, and money refunded.
I received an automatic reply stating I would be contacted soon. Next day tracking stated that the order was being prepared for shipping. Sent two more emails, and no reply as of now. The charge is still pending, but I will dispute with my credit card if it actually become active.
The website states that the product will be mailed from their NY warehouse, but the tracking received came from a Chinese delivery service Yun Express. I intend to reject the package if it comes.

IF I could give a negative star rating I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Item delivered vs items as pictured on website is VASTLY different. Good old bait n switch! WASTE OF MONEY!

If I could give them a zero it would be just that. If I could share what the coat looks like I received looks nothing like that coat they advertised on the picture. Bogus and they been reported to BBB as scams

Exactly what all those one star ratings are stating (does not even deserve a star but that is the lowest option available). STAY AWAY from this scamming company or person. Products are not as advertised and made of inferior materials and not even worth the purported baiting discounted high USD prices being charged. This is a China operation and do not be fooled by the New York store reference! They ask you to return to an address in China and also wants you to put the value of shipment at $3 at the most. Again, STAY AWAY from this company/person and any of their set-ups resembling this one.

SCAMMERS…. The jackets delivered are dupes of the pictures shown online. This company is based out of China and of poor quality. There version of the items are raincoat material not even faux leather. I will cost 3 to 4 times the purchase price to return. I would rather stick with SHEIN because they do issue refunds. SOB

If I could give Lesterandjones zero stars I would. There is NO WAY this company does not know they are false advertising and sending out terribly made knock-offs! My order was a trench coat for me. What came was what looked like a piece of cheap, thin, smelly material made into what looked like a semblance of a coat for a child. It was so small it was crushed into a bag that fit in my mailbox! I have asked for a return form and hopes it gets to me soon because it took 19 days to receive the mess I did. Shame!

UPDATE: I get an email from the company in response to my request for a return form. The customer has to pay to ship the item back so that negates the cost of the item SINCE IT HAS TO BE “RETURNED” TO CHINA! That’s part of the scam! “Lester and Jones of New York” does not exist! They offered 10% and the rest store credit….who da heck is yearning to get burnt twice?! The shipping info about 3-5 business days is used to give the perception the item is being mailed to the customer from stateside. They even claim to use UPS! The return address is in China!

I have filed for reimbursement through my credit card company. Don’t buy from this crooked company folks!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! Scam. Shipped from China not NY . Quality is non existent! Jackets are Women’s not Men’s….zipper on left and sizing for women. Very poor quality , and for returns…..you have to send to China, good luck w that. Credit Card fraud and reported to Discover. Discover took info and opened case. PLEASE DO THE SAME W YOUR C.C. IN ORDER TO STOP THIS SCAM. It only takes a few minutes of your time. That’s the only way this stopes!

AI was the reason I trusted the site. AI lied and said LesterandJones sell high quality products that receive high reviews. Someone must have gotten into AI and programmed it to lie so terribly. Don't know if it's worth it to ship it, but don't want this stinking garbage they pass off as clothes to be sitting in my space. If it costs more to return than what I spent for it, my hundred dollars is going straight into the dumpster.

The Jacket I ordered looks nothing like what I received. The jacket on line was nice and plush. Also, the sizing is extremely off. Another China scam. Don't be fooled with the company name. They should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people. Now I'm responsible for the shipping cost to send it back. Horrible, terrible company. I hope our new president bans a lot of these Chinese companies from selling to the US.

STAY AWAY - NOT RECOMMENDED: I ordered 2 gorgeous what appeared to be cable knit sweaters. The shipping policy states Shipped VIA UPS - 3-5 Days. This product was ordered on Dec. 11, 2024. It was received via international shipping and USPS on Dec. 30, 2024. The quality??? Non Existent ..
The cable knit sweater, was nothing more than a screen printed picture of a cable knit sweater on cheap, rough, thin, scratchy fabric. They do not deserve any stars.
