Website os 100% misleading, indicating they are located in NY & they MUST CLOSE THEIR SHOP. They are China....100% Ordered two coats, sleeves waaay above my wrists. The arduous task of trying to find out how to even start a return was ridiculous. Then, if you want a refund YOU MUST PAY for shipping costs to CHINA...NOT NEW YORK! No where is this stated on the website. Information purposely kept hidden. So done with these inferior products from places with fraudulent business policies.

I bought a white jacket that was suppose to be leather it is so thin and fake, not even close to being leather, I could buy this juke for 10.00 somewhere . The material is very cheap, not even a name tag in jacket. Horrible business and they know this.

Beware! Their website says that they ship from New York, but the items come from China. If you want to return them, you have to pay to ship them back to China and the company will not reimburse you for shipping. Additionally, The items are of very poor quality. For instance, Two sweaters that I ordered were unraveling at the seams.

I wish I could give this company a -1, the product received is nowhere close to what’s advertised on their site. I ordered a jacket in size M, my normal size (I’m 5’7”, 135 lbs). The jacket sleeves are way above my wrists, in fact the sleeves sit above my watch, the material is thin and cheap and the quality is poor. There is no size label in the jacket, in fact there are no tags nor labels in it at all (should it be washed or dry cleaned???). The company says it’s in New York, but the jacket shipped from China. Of course to return it, I would have to pay to ship it back. At this point I’ll donate it to a shelter maybe some kid can benefit from it. Total waste of money.

Company pretending to be in US, I ordered two coats off their website at supposed discount going out of business sale. I ordered my usual size but when I received them they were too small. The quality is poor. I was told to send them back to China will cost me 30.00.Woulf of never ordered if they had shared company is out of China. They go so far as to use a picture of a Caucasian man and woman as the owners but are clearly based in China not New York

This company is a total rip off from China. Do not order anything form them. The item I received was very cheaply made and misrepresents what I thought I ordered. Like others that commented, I'll chalk this up to a lesson learned and I will chuck these lame shoes in the trash. Their return policy is a joke.

Complete FRAUD!!! This company presents itself as a New York based company and the photos are very deceiving. I had no idea I was ordering CHEAP CHINESE crap!! I got duped!! Paid $35 for a pair of shoes that are no better than flip flops. The company will be notified of this review but they will not give a damn about what is said because they are laughing all the way to the bank.

This is a complete fraud!!!!! I received a sweater with the button holes cut into the fabric- no reinforcement. I asked for a refund, provided pictures of the defect and was told the button holes “were perfect as they are” and they would give me a 10% refund. Do NOT buy from them.

This company is a front for china to come in the back door to SCAM US people. Ive been fighting with CC to dispute 2 charges cause the bill it as 2 separate charges so its harder to dispute. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

I wish I could leave a ZERO star review for this DEPLORABLE CHINESE company that passes themselves for a US company.
I received the coat I ordered a month and a half after ordering. I received a coat that looks NOTHING like the picture, and made of the same quality if a trash paper bag.
When asked for a return for I was informed it would be a very expensive return as they don’t offer a money back warranty. They offered me a FIVE % discount to keep the item but I don’t want it, and quite frankly is not even worth gifting to anyone. I ASKED to speak to a supervisor because I was baited into buying a piece of crap. FALSE ADVERTISING. BAIT AND SWITCH. It’s DISGUSTING. They are not responding.THIEFS.

I ordered a jacket for 59.99. When I received it, it wasn't what was shown. I requested a refund, following their procedure, 4 days later I received a response from China. They offered a 10% off my next order and asked if I would keep the item as a return would cost me 20.00-30.00 plus shipping fees.
Do Not purchase anything from this company.

Deceptive Advertising, I thought my order was from a New York company and was disappointed when I found out my purchases were coming from China. The merchandise was of cheap quality and a bad imitation of what was advertised. Please do not order from Jones and Lester of New York because it's a straight up scam. I wasted my money!!

Ordered what was supposed to have been a $120 coat for $60...thought I was getting a good deal but it's a complete piece of garbage from china. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY. I won't even donate it, it wouldn't keep anyone warm. I'm just going to throw it away and chalk this one up to "should have done more research on the company".

I did not check reviews either!! Very bad choice - quality is total crap and sizes are bogus. Just don't go there.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Article received was extremely inferior material and shape to what was described and shown. Return policy is non existent by the time the customer pays return shipping.

I received a beautiful pink jacket for Christmas. It was a large (12-14). I tried it on and there was no way it fit. It was 12-14 girls NOT women's size 12-14. I contacted the company, and after I sent them numerous pictures of the coat, they wanted MORE pictures. The thickness of the jacket was also bad quality. They are based in New York; it comes from China! They don't even deserve a 1-star.

Cheap dress that looks nothing like the photo. Looks like something you might get in a fly-by-night nursing home.

Mistakely purchased 2 sweaters. The ad caused me to believe I was getting $10 dollars off on my purchase. It was really applied to the purchase of a same 2nd sweater. Tried to immediately cancel that 2nd order. Rejected. Sweaters came all the way from China, not New York, as on website. They were way-way off in size and color. Requested a return shipping label. They would never send one or what they called a return form/letter. Tried a refund, they only offered a partial refund of 33% to be charged against my card. Agreed to it, but it has never arrived. Asked my bank to help me retrieve funds. Nothing yet, but hopeful of a good outcome.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering. My husband saw a jacket on their website. He asked for it for Christmas. The site falsely claimed it was out of New York, and I usually do my research, but Christmas was sneaking up on me and I was in a hurry to get my shopping list done. So, I ordered the jacket, but I see that 2 jackets were ordered, like MAGIC! Second jacket was discounted but who wants 2 of the same things? I immediately emailed "customer service" to cancel 1 of the jackets and was told that the order was already in the system, so cancelation was not possible. However, I was told that I could return the second jacket when they arrive. A jacket that was supposed to arrive before Christmas arrived today, January 9th. The jacket looks nothing like the website. It almost has a feminine appearance to it. I requested a return form. Too much aggravation and disappointment and red flags with this order and company. I won't be ordering from them again.

Wish I could give a minus. Coat delivered after 6 weeks NOT as pictured. Has numerous holes. They will NOT accept returns so am putting this in dispute.
AWFUL quality.
