I have excellent customer service but when you plan to wear outfits for a certain day and don't receive them til the following week about 4days late. Its been taking me about 7 to 8 days for turnaround instead of 5

Needs work
I love the product, but the level of customer service I receive from the support team varies a lot. I’ve also been very disappointed in how the sales are handled. I’m still waiting on items I ordered on 9/25. You really shouldn’t sell inventory you don’t actually have in stock. Especially when you say that items ship in 7-10 days. Which isn’t true at all!

Very fun and fresh!
All the clothes and accessories are very well cleaned and cared for. I usually receive my new tote two days after finalizing my choices. It's a fast turn around. I love trying new styles I wouldn't normally buy. I also love being able to wear different things to special events and then just send it back. I am never in pictures wearing the same dress! It it so much fun!

Always get compliments!
I love Le Tote. I usually get three new outfits a week out of each tote and usually get at least one compliment per outfit. The only thing I would change is in the review section. I wish I could add comments. Sometimes nothing about the size or fit is the problem but I would like to review the delivery of the product.

Cute Clothes, Slow Processing
I love most of the clothes and especially the jewelry I’ve received. My only complaint is that processing time is SLOW. From the time I mail back my Tote to the time I receive my next Tote is over 7 days pretty much every time. I’ve used other clothing services in the past that were much quicker so this has been frustrating.

This is a very fun service to subscribe to. I love receiving new styles so often. My complaint is that most items in my online closet are rarely available for me to receive, and I often have to choose items I have not picked for myself.

I love Le Tote. It's perfect for me - I love always having something to spruce up my wardrobe and also sometimes I need to wear clothes out before deciding if I want to keep them. I end up buying things from my tote fairly frequently when I realize I don't want to part with them, because the clothes and accessories are almost always great.

Great Job
Le Tote was the first of its kind to offer this type of service (that I knew of), and does it in such a great way! I'm always recommending it to my friends because they really have a sense of what I might like, fitting me in the clothes the right size for me, and giving me suggestions of what will look good vs. what may not fit my body type. Definitely helps me improve my day-to-day style, and gives me the ability to wear something new every week!

Le Tote has been amazing for me! I was definitely feeling like I was in a mom-rut when it came to clothes, but didn't want to spend a lot buying new clothes all the time. Love Le Tote!
I've been using Le Tote for almost 3 years now and it just keeps getting better. Clothing selections are always changing and prices are more than reasonable. It's much more affordable than other services since you can change out your clothes so often with no need to buy. If you do choose to buy something in your tote it's marked down to a steal of a price. Another plus to Le Tote is their customer service is excellent. If I've ever had an issue they get back to me in a timely manner and I've been 100% satisfied with their help. Sign up for Le Tote, you won't regret it!

The fit and style have been great; Selection a bit lacing.
The fit and style have been great. I love the fact that it's not just one tote per month, but as many as you want based on how often/soon you return the items.
The only thing that is sometimes difficult is adding items from my "favorites" to my tote. It seems like they are always out of what I want.
