Where are these flowers?!

I ordered flowers as a wedding gift for a friend. They were scheduled to be delivered on Sunday 12th April. They were not delivered on that date. I phoned customer service who explained they did not deliver to my region on Sundays (not made clear on the website). We rescheduled my delivery for today. Yet again, no update and no delivery.

Didn’t deliver at all / don’t deliver to Scotland

Anyone thinking of ordering from Letterbuds suggest you give it a miss.
Despite ordering 2 weeks ago, they haven’t delivered - and finally being able to contact them- have cited “we don’t deliver to Scotland” as the reason.
Despite their website stating they use Royal Mail and DPD and deliver UK wide.
No one has contacted me to tell me they don’t deliver to Scotland. And instead have waited for my mum to miss out on her usual flowers for Mother’s Day- and then me chasing them for this weak and quite frankly unacceptable response.
Upon pressing the point that their website says they deliver UK wide- the response was “flowers won’t last the 48hours required for transit to Scotland”. Slightly flawed business model if you ask me. Furious with their service or lack thereof, and zero accountability or apology given.

Excellent Customer Service

There was a problem with the delivery company friend did not receive her birthday flowers on time.
Letterbuds kept me well informed, agreed to put extra flowers and chocolates with delivery, flowers arrived without chocolates, send Letterbuds a further email a full 2nd bunch of flowers arrived along with the chocolates - amazing attention to detail and customer service thank you Wilma

Website barely works.

Website barely works.
Had to go to customer service to get access to the page to cancel.
They had revamped the website and forgot to include ways to access pages that allow you to make changes to your order or cancel subscription altogether.
Flowers are poor quality, so many of them barely last a week.

Flowers never arrived

Ordered next day delivery, one week later flowers hadn’t arrived. Apparently the order was put on hold as was outside of next day delivery postcodes (despite website confirming NDD when address added), could have been delivered the following day yet order was put on hold and then left. If I hadn’t followed up 7 days later when I realised my friend hadn’t received the flowers for her birthday no one would have contacted me and I would have continued to be charged for nothing

Mother’s Day Disaster

Ordered on Saturday for next day delivery, paid, was emailed to say can’t do next day for the address I gave, I asked to change address, no response and then received an email later in the day to say they would be delivered. This was for Mother’s Day and I said I didn’t want them any more but they delivered them anyway at 20:20 in the evening! So his is unacceptable and I will not be using this company again. They didn’t even respond to my last message.

Good customer service

My flowers hadn't been delivered and I wasn't sure why. I emailed letterbuds and they replied with an apology and also offering to resend the flowers with a box of chocolates as a way of an apology. This is great customer service. Thankyou...
