Lovely flowers

The flowers were a thank you for my mum so I didn't actually see them in person but they looked lovely from the photo she sent me. They were really easy to order and only took a couple of days to arrive. However there was no food enclosed and the delivery person just left them on the doorstep and didn't knock.

Late delivery and dead flowers

Flowers arrived a day late with no reason or apology. This was rather disappointing as it missed the celebration they were for. Sadly, about half of the flowers were squashed/dead and could not be revived. A sad and poor experience : (

It was not your fault that I did not…

It was not your fault that I did not have a great experience.

I’m sure the flowers would have looked lovely if they were not old. The problem was DPP the delivery company, they delivered my flowers 2 to 3 days late and that was the time they stored it at the depot, not just how long it take to receive it. That meant that unfortunately when they arrived with my sister, her gift was a bit wilted. My experience of your customer service team was nice. TUP have a lot to desire. how long it take to receive it. That meant that unfortunately when they arrived with my sister, her gift was a bit wilted. Late delivery

Order was not delivered on the date requested and this was only advised on the actual date the flowers should have been delivered, excuse was that the address was outside central London even though the delivery address has to be included when placing the order.

Definatly not best inseason...

Flowers were supposed to be best in season. They arrived wilted with damaged stems. They were certainly not the best. The bunch was small for the price paid and although extra was paid for express delivery they arrived late.
