The item arrived within the timeframe suggested. I called to check up on the delivery status at one stage and was given clear and accurate updates. The dining set is amazing, I would highly recommend

don't believe commitments received from Lewis & Co - following errors in the dimensions of the sofa they then failed to follow through on corrective actions despite my repeatedly chasing and them repeatedly reassuring me over a period of months - they will blame their supplier / material availability / their transporter.

They really don't like negative reviews and try hard to convince you to take them down - maybe that's why you don't see many here.

We ordered the Darcy U-Shape Sofa in midnight blue and although the delivery was over 3 weeks later than expected, the sofa looks great and very much worth the wait - we are very happy with our order.

Good quality furniture and comfortable. Slight issue with delivery as it turned up 5 days after the original specified date and we had stayed in especially but the product itself we are really happy with.

Great quality sofa.

I genuinely thought this company was a total scam, so many red flags but my sofa DID eventually arrive, 2 months late.
If you can deal with no communication, nobody having a clue what’s going on, constant delays, excuses and aLOT of stress…then it’s worth it. The sofa is beautiful and exactly like the photos and worth every penny but my god was it a horrendous experience.
They really really need to sort out their customer experience.

I ordered the deluxe cinema sofa in grey plush velvet and love it, customer service was available all hours and was very helpful the delivery company used was also fantastic and went above and beyond to help me, highly recommend to anyone to get your furniture o will be buying other stuff soon

Lovely bed, very happy with our purchase of a toddler bed.
The only negative was that delivery was a lot longer than initially labelled, however because we were in no rush to receive the bed, we were okay with that!
On the whole, worth the wait!

Amazing bed! I saw the noire bed on Lewis & Sons website and it looked simple and elegant, fell in love.

We ordered the raffina coffee table as we moved into our property so needed one as quick as possible. Easiest find and best quality from Lewis & Sons.
The coffee table comes with instructions and looks amazing for the price!
Quick delivery and amazing customer service.

Really great selection of sofas, but most of all the personal customer service is just great. I whatsapped and DMed on instagram quite a lot of time checking styles/fabrics and my options. They always replied speedily and were very helpful. We had one delivered and have ordered another one!
The quality is great, well made. Delivery time was fast too. Looks amazing!

Ordered a boulce L shaped sofa from Lewis & Co - quality is amazing super comfy sofa! Looks stunning in our living room would definitely recommend!

Sofa is amazing !
Few issues with the delay of delivery however was solved with compensation.
Best advise would be to be order in 3/4 months in advance just to prepare for any delays but was worth the wait.

Ordered a bespoke sofa from Lewis & Sons. Process was fantastic, consultation call was professional & informative. delivery times were provided. Was given tracking details to track my order, drivers were so helpful in assembling our sofa and taking away the packaging with respect. Very good company to order from, great customer service.

Ordered a Cloud armchair. Its a fabulous product - good quality and did not disappoint. The wait time for the product is long and just about bearable. Would be helpful to make the wait time much clearer up front - I feel I was not expecting the 10-12 weeks that it took. Customer service is very quick and responsive via Whatsapp. Delivery service was good although added another week from receiving the goods/checking/arranging delivery (plus there was a reliance of phone numbers which were incorrect, rather than email so got a bit confusing). I would recommend this Company, if you don't mind a wait for your purchase (although to be fair there are other companies also with long delivery times so its not unique to this Company).
