Had used Lieferservice in Graz a couple of times and everything was fine - and then last Friday... Ordered Asian food and after 1 1/2 hours waiting tried to find out where the food was. Lieferservice provided phone number and said restaurant had tried to contact us. Well, the restaurant NEVER tried to contact us. In fact, when we tried the mobile phone number givento us by Lieverservice, it was turned off. Then we found another number for the restaurant online - a landline / Festnetz - finally managed to talk. When we spoke to the restaurant manager (?) he said the food was on the way and it would take 20 minutes.
Fast forward a little more than an hour - no food. Another complaining email to Lieferservice and phone calls to the restaurant. Now apparently we had cancelled our order. Cancelled??? That obviously explains why we were still waiting nearly 3 HOURS later (we ordered at 18.30 - this was after 21.00).
The upshot - a final angry call woth the restaurant (and yes, we cancelled the non-existant order). Allegedly, there will be a refund, but whatever. Thanks for returning my €25.90 and RUINING FRIDAY EVENING. That's one hell of a service.
Lieferservice say that they have no influence over the restaurants we order from. Fine - if you have no influence, then I certainly will not use the 'service' again. I vote with my feet.
Addition 5th October: LIeferservice.at contacted me, were very apologetic and also offered a €7.50 discount voucher for my next order. Very kind of you Lieferservice, so I have raised the rating, but still, as they say once bitten, twice shy.

Very fast, good portions, good quality food
One negative- it wasn't clear from the food description that the meat would be fried/breaded; I was looking for grilled chicken. Other than that the delivery was fast (around 30 minutes) and the food was nice.
