Update: package is lost. And Zara have sent me again parcel by the same delivery company. I hope very much it will arrive this time...
Horrible experience. no feedback , no contact, no way to check where the driver is....I don't know how it is even sane to use such a delivery service. Guys, work a little bit on your customer support.

I would give them O Stars if I could
I would give them O Stars if I could. After 6 days of waiting still not delivered. First they dont deliver to some addresses, than after 5 days I got the time slot from 16.40 till 20.40, and than at 19.06 they say it couldn't be delivered becouse of exceedence of working hour. Why in the name of God do you give your customers the Time slots untill 20.40 if you are not delivering untill that time?This is not the way to make business . I'll be writing the Shop with my expirience so you'll lose your contract with them.
