They lost my package!! No answer, nothing
The worst experience ever. First, they didn't deliver my package in my address, where they supposedly left the package and that door is not my door or any of my entire building. I have been trying to contact them for days to see where my package is and there is no way. I need someone to answer me and tell me where my package is!! Horrible experience. no feedback , no contact, no way to check where the driver is....

These people are simply ridiculous
These people are simply ridiculous. I was suppose to receive a package that eventually I never managed to get, because allegedly, the delivery guy left it to someone unknown. Basically the name of the guy who took the package for me does not exist or doesn’t live in my same building. The address was correct, I also left a note on my mailbox where exactly delivering the package. DHL is 1000 better, at least they leave a note if you are not at home. Clowns
