Always received information of how the delivery was on going. Package was small enough to fit the letterbox so didn’t communicate with the delivery person but was also ok (with pictures and everything).

Disappointing and disgusting service.
They dont deliver on time, and when they deliver and give the estimated time for e.g. 4 pm, but they would deliver at 12:00 and in my case i was not a home.
They are so irresponsible that threw my package at the corner of 1st floor of my building , i am staying on 3rd floor- They didnt even deliver it to my neighbour.
Another shock - They mention in their delivery status that parcel is personally handed over to the recipient , can you imagine ?????

They delivered my package halfway through the post box opening, half way out - they even upload a picture of this as "proof of delivery" - so by the time I make it home to get my package, someone has stolen it. Thanks a lot. Ridiculous.

My package was delivered well to my neighbor no damage

One start deduction was only bcs i think it would be nice that when a driver delivers something it also gives an updated info about where the parcel been delivered in reality. I mean i had to change my delivery address at very last moment. The driver did perform it best and delivered it to my new address but in my app and in the email it showed it was delivered to my original address. This was so confusing as i was at work and couldn't contact anyone easily to check where is my parcel.

It was delivered few hours than expected. I have no complaints.

Driver said they tried to deliver, but we waited all day for the delivery. We would appreciate you updating us that you had too many parcels to deliver that day than lie about it. Get some Packstation partners too. The redelivery is scheduled again 2 days later and not the next day. The chatbot is also useless for customer service

No one rang the bell, but the driver reported an unsuccessful delivery because "the recipient was not available to receive the parcel". I was at home today the whole day just for it! I did not even dare to go to the supermarket. The driver was irresponsible, and there was no way for me to complain or look for immediate help!

it was my first time to encounter such a disrespectful delivery man. he was so angry that i did not hear that he knocked on our door. i said sorry but he was still blaming me for waiting long until he called my number. if he called my phone right away, i would have known he was waiting for me outside. he was so sarcastic and so unpolite. had bad experience with him!
