Using the website was easy
Using the website was easy, we got a great deal and the shipping was super fast! It all arrived within a few days after ordering. The only issue was that for a $600 delivery fee, I wasn't overly impressed with the courier company. They didn't bother knocking on the door and only had 1 person delivering several boxes of heavy gazebos, which he stacked Infront of the garage door. I was left to get them in the garage by myself with a 5 month old. Luckily a neighbour was able to help.

Purchased a flying fox zipline
Purchased a flying fox zipline, excellent value for money and AMAZING CLEAR assembly instructions.
The way the assembly instructions was delivered proved to me that Lifespan had the customer in mind, not just to simply sell their products.

Thank you for the comment and sorry to hear about this short delivery. All our shipping are being done through a third party courier as we do not have our own couriers to fulfill our deliveries. Although we ship items promptly, we hold no control on how the courier will transport it to the receiving address. We can see, from the tracking with Allied, that this has been delivered short and the remaining item is still in Sydney. We will request for a depot search with the courier and we will get our team to reach out to you for an update.

This is a great cubby house! It was a little difficult to follow the directions when building it however, after a few hours we got there! My granddaughter absolutely loves it! It’s seems solid and should last a long time.

Good luck getting replacement parts
While we received our order in good time the package didn't come with the correct parts to assemble. Since then we have been trying to get replacement parts contacting regularly to get the same reply "it's with our tech support team, they'll get back to you by the end of the day".
If you order a Dome + Slide I hope all the parts are in the box because getting them swapped has been a real pain

Upon checking your case, it appears that there was a lack of communication on our end which caused the delay. Rest assured we have our staff coached for this. Spent 2.5 days this week building the cubby I got from Lifespan Kids with the assistance of my Dad, for my daughter and any future children the Lord blesses us with. Looks amazing and is very well designed. Our daughter loves it, and I love it too. Thank you Lifespan kids.

I wouldn't even bother with this company - website said an item was available at Wetherill Park so I took the 90mins drive to be told sorry out of stock so I paid for another trike which I was assured would be at the office within 7 days as I was coming back to pick it up in plenty of time for my grandsons birthday - well it was never ordered !! So my grandson went without a gift and I asked for a full refund which took 2 weeks to receive after numerous emails and telephone calls .

Our website actually has a section wherein you can check for availability for pickup as the item may be in stock but not at your preferred location. Normally for items that our unavailable, we would request for stock transfer and this is clearly an oversight from our side and with that, we sincerely apologise.
We can see that the order has been cancelled already and you were already refunded.
