It’s impossible to get the legs of the…
It’s impossible to get the legs of the table level - I have spent hours carefully following instructions and can only get it to balance on three legs , either the two individual legs are too long or the holes in the two joined legs / handle are in the wrong place !!

Unreal post sale service
I brought a garden set from a retailer around 2 years ago. I had a fire in my garden of which parts of my garden set had been destroyed. I contacted lifestyle to see if they had any spare parts, as the set I had was discontinued. I didn't expect them to stock the spares I needed given it was discontinued however they went above and beyond at sourcing the parts. They requested images so they could work out what cushions were missing from the damage, along with the main sofa side set that had been destroyed. The price to replace was very very fair and I was shocked at how good the price was. Alongside this, I was going on holiday after I made the payment. They proceeded to advise they would deliver upon my return. I expected I would have to chase upon my return, however they contacted me the day I landed to advise they had been sourcing other missing parts and as a 'gesture of goodwill' would include further missing parts. A gesture of good will even though this was not their fault at all. I have never experienced such amazing service, and given post sale they went above and beyond. They made a stressful incident have such a positive outcome and took the stress out of my hands to find a solution. Thank you.

Bought a complete large garden set,wish I hadn’t
Bought a complete large garden set, looked nice to begin with and then the rattan started to slip and shift, apparently it’s normal and according to LG nothing to do with warranty as it’s not defective. It looks awful….am I the only one?
If I was you, I would shop around for a better company, a better product and a better service.

Design issues
Nassau side round table 50cm - buyer beware!
We have recently assembled our second table - a replacement for the first one which we assembled and found the legs didn't balance. Unfortunately the replacement is exactly the same - the two legs which form part of the handle, do not balance with the two screw in legs. Instructions followed with absolute exactness and we even viewed a 'You Tube' video as advised by customer services.The table is badly designed and if you are placing it on a hard surface, it's unusable unless you find a way to build up two of the legs. We've used foam pads you can buy to protect hardwood floors. Such a disappointment!

There is a very specific way of construction for this product, whereby the washers for the single legs, are specifically designed to balance the table. The larger washers must be used alongside these legs, to ensure that the correct alignment of the legs is achieved. if these are over tightened, again, this can cause instability. We of course wouldn't expect you to use foam pads to level the table, so if you would like to follow up on your correspondence with our customer services team, we would be more than happy to take a further look at this for you.

The top of our patio table started to lift. As the table was only two years old I contacted Lifestyle and they sent us replacement slats. Unfortunately we are not Diy people and my husband struggled trying to replace them. Tongue in cheek I mentioned our struggle and the table has been replaced. No questions asked.
Then unbelievably one of our reclining chairs fell apart. We offered to buy a new one but a replacement arrived today.
Five stars for customer service Lifestyle - we would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for patio furniture. Thank you 👏
