I have had the most amazing response from lifestyle gardens.
From my first email to them they responded within in a day, I explained I was very happy with our garden furniture that we have had for five years and that we always put away in the winter months to protect it, but this year the compersat planks had gone all patchy which we were really sad about as there was nothing wrong with the rest of the furniture, I requested was it possible to purchase new plants, after conversation via email they vey kindly supplied us with new slats and all we had to do was pay the delivery charge, which I can’t put into words how grateful we are for thr replacements, which now we know our furniture is going to last us several more years. I would like to say a big thank you again.

Placed 2 orders with you and on each occasion delivery was prompt. We were kept informed and items were well packaged. Would definitely use again and recommend this company.

Amazing customer service. I lost a small part for our parasol. Not only did they locate the spare part but sent it to me free of charge. Always such a pleasure when you don’t have to jump through hoops for aftersales service

Further to my review dated 14th May I now have an important update. Originally when I had an issue with the quality of my purchase I contacted the retailer by email who in turn forwarded them to the manufacturer. With the frustration of receiving little or no help I emailed the manufacturer direct and again was not entirely happy with their response. In a last chance effort in seeking a satisfactory outcome I phoned the manufacturer direct and spoke to Rhys who was so amazingly understanding and helpful. I believe that if I had of phoned in the first place my original review would not have been necessary. I have received 6 replacement chairs and am once again am the proud owner of a really beautiful Panama Outdoor dining set. I have always thought it better to talk directly to a person rather than write as has been proven in my case. I will unreservedly retract my first review and say that I would happily recommend LifestyleGarden and on the odd occasion if something is not as it should be then try to speak with someone. Thank you again Rhys you are the epitome of customer service.

I emailed Customer services about a problem with our patio table and received a very quick response with a solution that went above and beyond what I expected.
A few emails were sent and replied to very quickly, I spoke to Catherine but I know there are three more members of the team who are Kelly,Paul and Simon so probably they all had some input as well.
Lifestyle Gardens are very lucky to have them on board and should be very proud of them.
Once again I would like thank them for all their help and send my best wishes for the future.

Supplied equipment was exactly what was required and good quality. The drain pipe was supplied separately and I phoned to enquire where it was. Very pleasant and efficient phone call solved the issue quickly.

Appalling product and atrocious customer service.In June 23 we decided to renew our garden furniture and the LifestyleGarden Panama 6 seat reclining dining set ticked so many boxes. We were taken in by their advertising claims of how durable and weather resistant this furniture was supposed to be and how the materials used are employed for boatbuilding and water sensitive shore applications.
We paid £1389 and received the set in early June.
Keen to keep our new furniture in pristine condition, during the second week of October as it was becoming too cold to sit outside, we cleaned the 6 chairs with mild soapy water, thoroughly dried them and then stored them away in in a clean, well ventilated storage shed.
In March this year we were excited to bring our dining set back in to use and were absolutely horrified to find all the chairs were seriously marked with white powder and many areas where the paint was flaking.
I contacted the company we purchased them from who advised us they would forward this onto the manufacturers.
At this point I will say that we live 4.2 miles from the coast and was floored when LifestyleGarden said that this pitting was caused by salt in the air as we lived by the sea. According to LifestyleGarden salt can be carried up to 30 miles inland so beware if you live anywhere in the UK within this area and thought about buying this dining set from this company.
Ironically the table that goes with this set was left out uncovered throughout the winter as we had nowhere to store it and it remained unmarked so explain that one LifestyleGarden (No, you couldn't).
So we are the sad owners of a very ugly dining set that is under a year old with marks that tarnish your clothes and not a hint of help from LifestyleGarden.
If like us, you work hard and save for the nice thing in life, look elsewhere for garden furniture as this companies lack in customer service is beyond belief.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my issues regarding the faults of the Panama dining set.
It is with utter disbelief that you are still making excuses for a product that is not up to the quality you sell it as.
Your statement, the need for some extra cleaning when located close to the coast is insulting and implies we have not looked after our purchase. In the 4 months of use the whole patio set would have been washed and cleaned thoroughly on a regular basis.
When the chairs were put in store they were washed, cleaned and dried having no marks or pitting whatsoever.
You say you have looked at the images noting the damages are in the tighter more hard to get areas, so what about the crossmember that is not in such an area?
Your suggestion of the table not showing signs of salt spray could be down to at the wetter winter and therefore would have washed the salt off is again is a pure guess. This item although left out side did have a tarpaulin cover.
Your solution to rectifying the problem by using White vinegar or Lemon juice will not rectify the paint coating that has flaked off as my pictures show.
Once again you are trying to find excuses for a product that has sadly failed to live up to your claims and then put the blame onto the customer for inadequate care.
Shame on you LifestyleGarden.

Absolutely awful. I spent more than 6k on a set of garden furniture and a wooden effect aluminium pergola only to to find that the pull down screen was broken. Customer service arent doing anything to rectify the problem, shame on them

Exceptional customer service from helping in the showroom to prompt confirmation of our order and scheduling delivery. We had a small issue with one of the products we purchased but this was resolved easily and efficiently. This company offers great value for money and we would have no hesitation in buying online with them again.

Superb customer service for spare parts on our 6 year old tables - very responsive, clear and professional. Also great to see a company providing spares to increase the life of your products - great for the planet and your pocket.

Speedy delivery, well packaged. I have a sun lounger and small table in this make and they have lived outside for ~6 years. This is a good sturdy table that can be left outside in all of the elements.
