A cushion from our furniture was destroyed by a mouse. I contacted Lifestyle Garden and they were very understanding and more than happy to get me a replacement cushion at a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service. Thank you very much

New table top slats
During the winter our table top got damaged and I thought I might need a whole new table. After contacting LifestyleGarden I was surprised and relieved to find they were able to supply new table slats. They were delivered very promptly. A great example of a company upholding it's "green credentials" and supplying spares at reasonable cost. Excellent

Superb response from the Customer Services Team. The initial reply was very, very prompt and helpful, and the subsequent replies were equally swift when I gave further information about the question raised. I simply wanted advice, but the Team went above and beyond what might be expected in resolving my request. I have not experienced a company that has dealt with queries to such an excellent standard. I cannot speak too highly.

Broken table update
Broken table update. Yes the first one arrived last week and was broken, but I emailed photos and the customer support team sent out a replacement table which arrived today. In perfect condition! Thank you guys for excellent support!

I contacted customer services ref a garden furniture cover which had just run out of warranty by 10 days. The cover had split in several places over a few months and was not weathering as well as a previous one I had purchased which lasted 5 years!
They are sending me a replacement FOC which I am really happy about. Great customer service

Good dust cover in nice weather
The cover is reasonably solid, but is not well designed.
There isn't a vent and so even a light breeze will cause the cover the 'billow' and lift, a stiffer breeze will have it away.
It get pools of water when it rains.
In effect, it's a good dust cover in nice weather.

As a long term solution, we would always suggest 'tenting' the cover. This is most easily achieved, if possible, by using the base pole of a parasol, in order to create a high point on the cover and stop water from collecting, and instead encouraging the water to run off of the cover. We also have support kits available to purchase to prevent your cover from lifting.

Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service. Easy to order replacement covers for Portals Light Furniture, and delivered quickly too. Just need to get more sustainable paper tape for packaging, as the cardboard cannot be recycled with all that plastic tape on it and it’s really hard to remove.

Broken table top on delivery
Table top was broken when I opened the packaging. Hopefully they will respond to my email and send out a replacement without any hassle.
Update: response from customer support. New table being sent out within the next 14 days. Good customer service so far with their follow up
