I ordered a garden set many years ago and was after new slats as they were a bit worn. After explaining what I was after & also willing to pay, I had these sent for free and only had to pay the delivery charge. It’s not often you get customer service like that. Thanks again

Excellent quality and heavenly comfortable
Very prompt delivery within 3 working days of order. Delivery was made on a pallet that was left and I made into a planter. Quality of day bed is excellent with hand woven thick rattan and thick 12" cushion. Length is great to sit with legs extended but need to bend knees if lay down.

Good quality product
The hardwood oil arrived in time and well wrapped. The oil produces brings out a good grain in the teak. Not the cheapest- but good.
