Poor after sales
1 year after buying a complete rattan garden set of seating, table and benches, the surface of the table started to bubble up. The set had been hardly used and was kept under cover over winter. The solution from Lifestyle Garden rather than replace the table was to send me a pack of table top slats and tell me to assemble the top myself! A back breaking job involving nearly 90 screws and a half day of my weekend. Not really acceptable is it when you’ve spend a couple of thousand pounds on this quality furniture?

Excellent customer service
Purchased a corner sofa and table that are of excellent quality through much use. We did however have an issue with the table once out of warranty so I contacted customer services. They resolved the issue very quickly and supplied a spare part quickly and without any problems. Really delighted with the service and would definitely buy from them again.
