Limitless travel have been brilliant. Caring, knowledgeable and patient . I was anxious about taking the holiday but because of help on the phone I’ve gone ahead. Help with mobility was excellent.
The call from the care supervisor was long but so thorough and again gave real confidence that all will be OK. Brilliant.

would have given 5 stars had I not been still waiting for a promised printed brochure!

I’ve travelled with Limitless several times now, and honestly, without them I wouldn’t be able to go away at all. I can't fault them. The service is incredible and like the author of this piece says they really help to overcome the challenges we face as disabled people when going on holiday.
Yes, it can feel expensive but for me it’s priceless, because it takes away all the barriers and stress that normally stop me from travelling. I couldn't cruise without them, and I know its the same for all the other travellers I met with Limitless.
If you’re very independent and confident about managing everything yourself, then Limitless might not be for you, you should just book directly. But if you’re nervous, worried about how you’ll cope, need some help along the way, want to meet people, or just want to relax knowing everything’s taken care of — then it’s perfect. I can’t recommend them enough.
So, if you are nervous about cruising or want to go away and not worry about the "stress" of being disabled (or caring for a partner on holiday as my wife used to have to do for me before we went with Limitless) then its perfect.

I have to say that I was worried about booking with limitless travel because I’ve never heard of them before. I kept reading and reading for about six months before finally deciding to take that step and book with them. Well, I don’t know why I waited. From day one everything ran smoothly, really smoothly. Regular calls regular emails regular information making me feel more and more confident about going away. And then just a day or two before I left more calls from limitless just to make sure that I was ready and happy with everything that I needed to do. On arrival in Southampton things could not have gone more smoothly. I was immediately approached by the lovely Sharon and Sophie asking if I was who I was. From that moment on I felt cared for, looked after, included and safe. Sharon, Sophie and their team really did an amazing job. When it came to embarkation at our stops, which is what I’ve been overly worried about Sharon and Sophie in particular made sure that we all got assured together and safely and had as much help as we needed. We had the most amazing holiday, met the most amazing people and I have never felt so relaxed and looked after in my life. Considering that I was a nurse for 49 years looking after people each and every day of my working career for me to say that means a lot. Limitless, your staff be there in the office or out there in the field are an absolute credit to your companyand fulfil your every desire as a company to look after us and make sure we have a good time and easy access to everything we want. Thank you so much and I can’t wait for my phone call to book the next one XX

I dealt with Rachel and she was very helpful. I spoke to her yesterday to get prices and today to pay a deposit and every thing went smoothly and pleasant.

Limitless Travel staff are very helpful and friendly, whether they are Office Staff or Travel Reps, Carers or Drivers. They really know their stuff. They are always there for you, and do most things for you so that you don't have to worry. They provided my Mum and myself with Wonderful holidays in Dorset and Jersey, so we are going on holiday with them next year, to Norway, hopefully to see the Northern Lights, too. Can't wait !!!

Due to circumstances this unfortunately has taken a long time to write. Used limitless travel for the first time earlier this year with my partner. Selected company because of their specialization with disabled people and the included day trips. Holiday was for a week in Puerto del Carmel Lanzarote. Care assistance was available but we chose not to use. Cost of this trip was in the order of £4, 200. We later found out that without care or trips this holiday would cost about £1600.
As it happened we arrived mid afternoon, the rest of the party arrived about 7 pm. Unfortunately my shower wheelchair, hoist and bed grab rail had not arrived. Apparently this has been delivered earlier in the day but the hotel would not sign for it, expecting limitless travel to do so. I needed to use the toilet and have a rest on the bed and this was not feasible hence I was very upset. Limitless travel we're going to allow the equipment to be delivered at 8 o'clock on following morning. This was eventually resolved but without us making heavy complaint to limitless travel.
The other issues we had where regarding the trips. The resort itself was very hilly and not suitable for manual wheelchairs some of the clients had to wait quite a while to get transportation back to the hotel. My partner and myself went on a trip to a local vineyard. This was from say mid-morning to say mid afternoon. The reality was our second taster of wine was provided, when suddenly the bus driver came inside to tell us that we needed to be setting off. It turned out that the transportation used was also used to transport disabled children to their schools on the island. We were given the impression that this was just for us.
Our second trip was to the volcano Park, where we were told we had time to sit in the restaurant relax and have a coffee. In reality this also was im- possible to do due to time restraints.
We were assured that limitless travel had used this resort before, but due to the issues we had, it was difficult to believe this. As you can see it was apparent communications between limitless travel and the hotel were not great
All these issues where raised with limitless travel later on. They offered us £200 discount on a future holiday but would not accept any responsibility for these issues.
In conclusion I would have to say holidays with limitless travel possibly ideal for customers who require care and cannot manage on their own and have the finances to afford such a holiday. Taking care into consideration a holiday such as this could cost you in the order of £6, 000 for a week. I have have been on holidays to Costa Rica and South Africa with much better companies specializing in disabled holidays, although admittedly care was not involved. In May we has 3 weeks holiday in Majorca un a large disabled suite for the same price as this holiday

From arrival at the cruise terminal to checking we were on our return transportation, Gregory, Dave, Sarah and Jade could not have been more attentive and helpful when needed. I travelled with my sister who has learning difficulties and mobility issues. It is also great to be part of a small group on such a big ship. Would definitely recommend Limitless Travel. The only thing is we had to travel from Scotland to Southampton. It would be nice to provide some cruises from Rosyth.
