From start to finish Linay and Shipp were brilliant in the sale of our property. There were some challenges during the process but they dealt with them professionally and efficiently to continue the sale. I definitely recommend Linay and Shipp to anyone that wants to sell their property.

My expectations are high and during this long and stressful process but I cannot fault you. Debbie and Lucy are simply a cut above. Both of you went well beyond your role, reaching out up and down the chain, bridging gaps, helping to resolve any issues along the way. You care. You are smooth operators. Not only you are the best real estate agent in the area (and your statistics prove it), but for us you are THE BEST real estate full stop. No blah blah, just perfect. My only regret about moving is that you will not be there where we go! Or maybe we could find an arrangement? :-) You rock ladies!

We've had a great experience with Linay & Shipp when buying our house. Lucy, Debbie and Breda are an absolute joy to work with. My late mother's house went on the market in October 2022 just before the changes in Prime Minister and the subsequent financial chaos that ensued. For these reasons, together with two failed sales and a neighbour dispute, the house sale took decidedly longer than originally anticipated, with completion finally taking place in February 2024. However, throughout it all, the ladies at Linay & Shipp remained friendly, polite, supportive and optimistic, going above and beyond to assist with the sale. As the house was unoccupied, they spent many hours accompanying potential buyers as they revisited time and again in order to obtain building estimates etc.
Never once did they appear disappointed, irritated or annoyed when things didn't go to plan. All in all, they are a fabulous, hard-working, committed team and I recommend them 100%.
