Spoke to Julie to discuss overpayments on my BTL mortgage, and how the property was being significantly undervalued by the lender. Whilst on the phone, Julie managed to get the property revalued, and resulted in a 1% difference in interest rate due to the adjusted LTV

It is hard to put into words just how much Siobhan has meant to us throughout our mortgage journey. From the very first conversation, she gave me such good vibes—full of positivity, calm, and genuine care. Even when we faced situations where no one could really change the outcome, it was Siobhan’s words, her tone, and the way she carried us through that gave my family and me the strength to keep taking the next step.

Over time, she has become more than just our mortgage advisor; she has become like a friend. I realised this when I noticed that whenever I felt frustrated about the property purchase process—or even excited about any small piece of good news—the first name that popped into my mind was hers. She has walked every step with us, navigating all the ups and downs, and we truly felt her presence throughout the journey.

What amazed us most was her commitment. There were times she would even work late at night to prepare paperwork for us, and I found myself wondering how someone could be so dedicated to her clients and her work. Her level of care is something rare.

For anything and everything, it has always been Siobhan for me.

When she sent me the link to write a review, my heart honestly skipped a beat—I wondered, “Is this the end of the journey with Siobhan? Will we not speak to her again?” That alone shows just how much she has become part of this experience for us.

I also want to apologise, on behalf of my husband and myself, for the times we may have been annoying with our endless (and sometimes silly!) questions. We know she manages so many customers, yet she always made us feel like we were the only ones.

We are truly grateful—beyond what words can express—for her guidance, patience, encouragement, and unwavering support. I genuinely hope our journey with her continues in the future.
