Great service with buying the bike and getting me on the road.

Unable to be issued with an accurate invoice and/or receipt showing full amount paid. This was explained to me as an issue with a new IT system which is unsatisfactory.
Great service from Peter and no complaints in that department.

I would highly recommend them very professional and keep me informed all the way through to my motorcycle arriving

The bike I bought is in great condition and fully serviced in house.
My only gripe is that the financing process took longer than I would have liked.

Good service from your salesman & I was impressed by the fact that prior to me collecting the bike it had been serviced, mot given even though it was two months short of being three years old, & new tyres had been fitted albeit the existing ones appeared to me to be legal.

Bike arrived as expected and looked in lovely condition however when I asked for run through of dash the delivery driver did not appear to know much about the bike. This meant we were unable to cover settings and use of dash. To make things worse when I asked for bike to be started it would not start. After discussion with sales team we believed that the battery might be the issue. I did not want bike taken away again in van as possible damage so agreed i would charge battery and see if that sorted it. I did eventually get bike to start but no one has been to identify for definite what was wrong, not even triumph. I then worked through manual and tried to set things up dash. Not all functions appeared to work so contacted sales team and they are going to run through things with me today to see if can be sorted.
