I’ve been using Suffolk Lings Triumph for a while now for servicing my previous 800 Tiger which they have always done impeccably.
I recently upgraded to a Triumph Tiger 1200 and the experience as I expected was superb, the entire team and especially Leon were honest, helpful, straight forward from start to finish.
I can’t praise the team highly enough, I love the shop, love the experience and most importantly love my new bike!

Great advice for a newcomer from people who know their stuff.
A pleasant environment with bikes displayed at their best.
Mick was brilliant and did not try to push the sale.

The overall experience was very good I was able to test the triumph speed twin 900 at the watton branch because Ipswich branch hadn’t got a speed twin at that time and although deliveries of this model where on extended delivery they tracked one down for me much quicker than I expected,At all times they kept me informed what was going on and they offered a fair price for my triumph bobber

Very good service - helpful people and easy to do business with. They were courteous and friendly and put me at my ease over any issues I had with the bike.

I saw the bike online and contacted Lings Triumph for some photos. Within the hour I had a personal video and later that day paid the deposit. The bike with its specification was very competitively priced indeed!. I was very happy with this experience. The bike was fantastic and delivered as promised, so again I was very happy with the bike and service. I would have liked to give 5 stars but the service book was missing out of the pack and it did take several chase up calls and emails asking to be sent one, which I felt a little disappointed with. It turns out that Lings were chasing up the previous owner, just a call, email or text to update me would have been great and I would have understood, however I had nothing back. It was sorted and overall I am very happy with choosing Lings and would recommend them as the bike is superb and the value for money was exceptional

Dealt with Leon mostly while purchasing my new bike, the whole process was easy, Leon kept me informed of how it was all going, all of the staff where friendly & helpful.

We ordered 2 Hondavision Scooters, which were delivered earlier than expected. Very smooth and friendly service. Very pleased with the bikes.

Went to look a second hand bike and came away with a lovely new triumph trident, I opted for the Bluetooth connectivity definitely worth it, all in all a great value for money bike.

We visited Ipswich Triumph and were looked after by Mark to start. He was very accommodating and took time to make us feel at ease. While sorting out the purchase of the motorcycles Mark explained he was at a different branch so tasked Jake to send over paperwork etc which he was on hand over the phone to go over it all with us.
Mark was back at the branch for collection day and again went above and beyond to make the whole experience a pleasure. Would definitely consider going back for other bikes and obviously servicing etc.

Recently purchased two motorcycles from Suffolk Triumph. The whole transaction was smooth and hassle free. Nice friendly staff, sales manager Mark was very helpful. Highly recommended.

I contacted Lings for a test ride, and the appropriate model was made available to me without fuss. Following that, I placed an order, plus some accessories, all carried out efficiently by Lings. Supply chain issues, pandemic etc caused a lengthy delivery timescale but I was made aware of that at the outset. I collected the bike and Lings went through the paperwork with me thoroughly. The whole process was as I hoped it would be - there were no nasty surprises!
