Skin is something I feel I should know more about, but didn’t know where to start - lione did this for me in a way I know I can trust their recommendations from a fun and extremely thorough consultation. Would recommended the experience to anyone 😊🙌

I cannot recommend this consultation enough. I had realized that I was not taking good care of my skin and was trying to figure out what to do about it, but was lost in the sea of options. Ksenia was super helpful, the questionnaire and the consultation make sure you get a very personalized recommendation. I've been doing my regime for a month now and my skin looks and feels so much better. Also, I love the follow-ups!

It was easy to book and the team were very responsive by email. I worked with Megan and was delighted with the experience. She listened to my needs and was able to recommend a simple skin care regime that was within my budget. There was no pressure to buy specific products or from certain brands. Megan followed-up a few weeks later to check that I was getting on ok; they're interested in my skin and its health. Looking forward to my next consultation in the Summer.

After a few years really struggling with my skin and with very inconsistent skincare, I was recommended to see Megan at Lion/ne by a friend at work.
I had a consultation with Megan a couple of months ago and it was amazing! She is really easy to chat to, incredibly knowledgable and would pick up on the little things that I mentioned about my lifestyle and explained how that might be affecting my skin and what to do about it. The skincare list that she sent me afterwards has been great, and Megan explained why these would make a difference (which was very important for me). My skin has gotten so much better, even receiving comments from others about the difference in such a short time!
I went from being a little sceptical to a total convert and have recommended Lion/ne to anyone who will listen!

My experience with Megan was amazing! I never really had a skincare regime pre my consultation and was wasting money on trendy products that weren’t necessarily right for my skin. I was experiencing contact dermatitis and enzema. I have not had any flare ups since starting my routine and loving all the products.

was gifted a consultation by my sis and it was AMAZING, megan is a babe and incredibly helpful sorting me a tailored directory to everything i need from cbt books for excoriation disorder (skin picking ocd) to sustainably and ethically sourced organic products within my mid price range, to vegan supplements to stand in for skin(&hair)-supporting nutrients lost in a vegan diet. felt like chatting to a friend equally geekin out about all things skin related, just one with a lot more knowledge! so thank you megan, definitely highly recommend!

They care about your skin! :) I had a consultation with Megan a few months ago and she is lovely! So easy to talk to, makes you feel really comfortable. And she is extremely knowledgeable. We went through all the details of my usual skincare routine, what my issues were, what I wanted to gain from the consultation and so forth. I received an extremely detailed list of recommended products, what the products do, how to use them, and a routine. I also received recommendations to improve my gut health as that is something I have been struggling with.

Whilst all of that is fantastic, the best service I received was when I had some issues with one of the products I began to use (I guess my skin is more sensitive than I thought and was not liking this new product). Megan was extremely helpful in resolving this. She jumped on a call with me straight away to discuss everything, went through process of elimination, and sent me another product to clear up the irritation. Megan checked in with me every few days just to see how my skin was doing (which is now great of course), and was genuinely invested in making sure I was happy with my skin.

My consultation with Megan was so so helpful and I would highly recommend booking yourself in. It was like chatting to a friend who was so knowledgable but made it all so simple. I have suffered with hormonal acne for a number of years and marking after the spots and Megan really explored this with me and also talked about my lifestyle. The follow up skincare plan was brilliant - detailed explanations, shopping lists well within my budget, tips for how to plan my skincare routine around workouts and thinking a little more internally looking at gut health. 3 months later and I’m still referring back to my consultation notes and using products that really seem to be helping. I’ll be booking in for another chat soon!

I've spent my entire life being bounced around dermatologists and trying to find makeup and treatments that works for my nightmare skin. Lionne provided a relaxing experience, educating me on my skin type and what I could do to improve my overall skin health, all on my budget (and taking into account my inability to keep up a complex skin routine!).

It has been a few months since I had my first skin consultation and I am really impressed so far, and it’s just what I needed! Last summer i struggled with really bad acne out of nowhere. I ended up taking a prescribed cream, but needed something to refresh my skin care routine and prevent future breakouts and acne scarring.
Kesenia was really friendly and gave me a very detailed consultation. She really takes the time to learn about you and I was impressed by how personal the consultation was to me. I learned so much during the consultation about my skin which explained a lot of the concerns I had. I felt like in the consultation she really made an effort to get to know me, what I wanted to improve on, and what I was already doing well. I have been to many skin consultations with brands and I feel you talk through your routine, and they tell you all your products aren’t going to help you. Then I feel like they’re always trying to sell me a product and they’re not trying to answer my questions. Lion.ne unbiased recommendations mean that I didn’t feel like they were actually trying to get to the root of the problems in my skin rather than selling the latest product.
Now that I have been trying my product recommendations for a few months now I can say that this is the most consistently good my skin has been and I’m delighted! I never suffer from sever break outs like I used to do. Lion.ne helped me to put all the pieces together and get right what I have been trying to get right for years. Thank you so much!

Setting up the appointment was easy and the team was flexible with times, my actual consultation was great as it was like a casual conversation with a friend. Megan reviewed the products I currently use and my skincare regime along with the pictures I had per-submitted. Based on this, she recommended a few changes in my actual routine and a few different products based on a budget I provided, when I found some products difficult to purchase, they recommended others. All of this was done through a secure portal that saved my details and information which was easy to use and access. I really enjoyed my session as it reaffirmed things I thought, removed excess products I didn't need and focused on what my skin needed. It's always so confusing as we are sold so much through marketing campaigns, influencers, things we read - but don't really know what's good for you and your unique skin/climate/lifestyle etc. I highly recommend!

I was so impressed with the whole Lion/ne experience from start to finish. The state of my skin had really started to affect my mood and anxiety, and Lion/ne really offered a safe space for me to just voice all these concerns. My consultant Megan listened attentively, there was no pressure of a quick 5-10min GP appointment! I felt so much better just having the time to talk through my concerns and pin point where I was going wrong- not just skincare we covered diet, hygiene and other things I would never have thought of having an impact. I was then blown away by the follow up shopping list I received, and the helpful "bin" list! Every product was explained in detail and there was even a calendar showing what to use when. I would really recommend Lion/ne for anyone who is feeling upset about their skin, the whole experience felt like a huge relief for me and I am feeling so much more positive moving forwards. A fantastic service! I did a zoomed call which did not affect in any way the wonderful customer service. I was given great advice on products to suit my budget and skin condition.

I have always found the skincare industry overwhelming and difficult to digest in term of what products I should be using, how often and in what way for my skin type.

Ksenia listened to what I am looking for and has provided me with a routine that addresses my skincare concerns and breaks down why the products should be beneficial for my skin. They are unbiased in their products so I use a range from various brands that are targeted specifically to my needs.

There is also a whatsapp helpline you can message for any questions you have when using your products which I have found especially helpful. I have only used the products for one week so cannot yet comment on how effective the routine is but I would definitely recommend Lion/ne to anyone who is looking for something tailored uniquely to their skin.
