We're really impressed with the service from Liquidline support. We haven't had any major issues, however after a case is logged for assistance we receive a call within the hour and we're guided through the process to rectify the error.

Excellent customer service
We recently ordered a coffee machine from Liquidline for our members at our gym, and are delighted with the product now that it's arrived, as well as the service along the way.
Special mention to Gavin Clyne who has been exceptional throughout - he did a great job of offering us the correct product for us during the initial sales process with no pressure or urgency, and also kept us updated and chased people up while there was a delay getting the lease over the line, and was always patient and clear in his communication.
Would highly recommend Liquidline and Gavin for their great customer service, and brilliant coffee/machine!

Purchased a water cooler recently for the office, admin side was okay but actually think it could have been slightly better - Colin came to install the machine, cannot fault him - absolutely couldn't ask for a more efficient and smooth service - in and out in 30 mins. Highly recommend
