Excellent Engineer!
I had to log two calls which turned out that each issue was connected. Michal arrived promptly on site and identified the issue straight away. It was all fixed within an hour. He was a very informative, very pleasant and professional engineer. Many thanks Michal!

Liquidline uk get 1 red star
I originally wrote a review about this company a few days ago and liquidline UK flagged it as they didnt want the truth to be exposed. They don't have your best interest and support, I would not recommend them for a career move.

Good Morning Tracie. I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience with your delivery. I can see the order had a lot of drinks which is why I believe the order was delivered by Pallet. I can confirm there are now notes on the system to say should the order be a pallet delivery going forward this will be handballed off by the driver. Better Than Ever
From the moment we contacted Liquidline the experience was second to none. They explained all the details and guided us with the procurement of 2 machines (Q1 and Q2) that would meet our needs. The installation was done ahead of scheduled and the engineer was absolutely fantastic. The machines are a huge success within the staff group to the point that we are contemplating getting another one. A coffee machine had been requested for a long time and the device is delivering to expectations. Very good machine and company. We are very pleased at MITIE.

Just WOW!
We had our new bean to cup coffee machine installed today at Listers BMW King's Lynn (PE30 4NA). Never experienced a "next day delivery" a week later and still nothing delivered! Customer service isn't much better either! Broken machine?? You can expect to wait at least a week for it to be fixed!!!!
After speaking with customer services the problems have now been rectified!!!

Great customer service
We called Liquidline on a friday, got a call back within no time the same day. The engineer came out on Monday. Oliver was very friendly and helpful, explaining everything. The machine was fixed.
