EXCELLENT TRANSACTION

Very easy to find the home insurance I needed and everything was completed smoothly. I received my insurance policy through the post a few days later and confirmation of my direct debit. I like the fact that I didn't have to pay extra for paying monthly. All in all, a very good transaction - very pleased.

Very poor telephone experience (x2)

Very poor telephone experience (x2). Your operatives did not seem to have a full grasp of detail. Paperwork arrived crumpled in the envelope. I did not receive the promised receipt for the amount paid by debit card.
For the absence of doubt, the level of service was unsatisfactory.

Assistance changing over cover to my name

Having the difficult task of having to change over the car insurance over into my name following the death of my husband. When I needed assistance and contacted by telephone the service provided was sympathetic and very helpful sorting out my problem.

A good balance

I found buying and choosing the insurance package easier then some of the others. Whilst I appreciate the more detail requested will make the package bespoke, Lloyds seems to have got the balance of detail and assumptions just right without it seemingly being an opportunity to keep increasing the premium for anything that is slightly not standard
