A thorough investigation. If I was a fraudster I would feel uneasy as the interviewer did not laugh when I laughed. Rather stern and dour. This is good for dissuading criminals and can put them on the back-foot.
My blythe and cavalier response was a direct reflection of me standing in the secure position of being in the right.
I think I may have been at fault for triggering the fraud investigation, however, as I told the Lloyds worker that this was a one-off. It was indeed a one-off but in retrospect that could appear in itself to be dodgy. I told the Lloyds worker that it was a one-off because I do not want a clogged up list of random payees attached to my card.
In conclusion I was pleased with the whole process.

Been with this company for several years never had a claim never even had to contact them, premium always paid by regular DD suddenly had an email saying they are not able to continue insuring me no reason given
We regularly review our rules on what we can and can’t cover based on factors like age, postcode, vehicle type, or claims. On this occasion, because of these rules we can’t provide you with insurance.
Won’t deal with this bank again totally poor customer service

Had to cancel my renewal to get the lower price from comparison website rather than just been able to get the price directly from Lloyds. Strange that a new customer gets a lower cost than an existing customer. Shame there's no reward for customer loyalty.
Other than that, I really like the website as everything is accessible and easily laid out. Great price compared to other companies.

Searched around for ages trying get a good quote for my insurance.
I was with 1st central but my renewal £750 last year it had been £550 there was no way of negotiating with them and was not able to speak to a human being!🤬
Got through to Lloyds spoke to a lovely young lady who was so helpful! Job done! Very pleased with the service!
I bank with Lloyds and have always found them to be excellent!

Shockingly poor experience with Lloyds / MBNA/Halifax/BoS when it comes to claims. As a customer of BoS for almost 40 years this experience has led us to change bank and we will be changing insurer once we get the current situation settled ( probably at court). They are failing in their own complaints’ process and in accessing the subject access requests I have made ( now progressing to the Information Commissioner). Do not bank or insure with this group.
