Competitive premium for good cover

Very easy to obtain competitive quote via Confused.com. Gold car insurance policy seems to give good cover. Lloyds website easy to use to get documents. Policy doesn't start until a few days time but all looks good.

Viewing documents on line does not work

Getting a quote and arranging it was fine.
The policy became active on 28.6.2026 so I waited until after that date to check all is well. The documents said to be coming in the post have not arrived.
When I followed instructions to check online, I logged in, as a Club Lloyds customer, and went to Insurance to check the Policy Documents. It logged me out and told me to log in again. That is rediculous.

I am not sure why I have been asked to…

I am not sure why I have been asked to review! The insurance doesn’t start for a few days so no experience to review. I chose it because it was the cheapest with what I needed. Easy to buy but I think they all are!

Good price

I entered all my details and got a quote which covered all I needed it wasn't the cheapest but was quite a bit cheaper than my renewal with the existing insurer. Lloyds seem to have good reviews so i accepted the quote.

The best and reliable company

Bad insurance experience. I moved house 2 years ago from off…

I moved house 2 years ago from off street parking to double garage and private driveway parking in a better area and yet the would not change my address. I had to cancel and take out a new policy. I had the maximum of 10yers no claim. Despite no claim this year their renewal quote was £800 more. I am retired so don’t need cover for work. They would not reduce and would only cover for full comp. I insured elsewhere and yet they kept writing to say they will collect £1500 on renewal date. I phoned 4 times, emailed and wrote letter before they acknowledged that they would not take payment. Now they wrote to offer cheap insurance. They should not be in business. I have even more worse longtime insurance experience with them.

Not very easy to make changes

I was disappointed not to be able to change the date on my policy without cancelling and taking out a new one.
