I was looking for an alternative cover as John Lewis and their new panel sytem had let me down badly. I'd tried a couple of comparison sites, but was given very few choices on these so tried Lloyds Insurance direct. Very easy to fill in, provided better cover than others and also beat my last years quote. Very happy with the way the docs have been sent and with the lack of unnecessay questions..well done Lloyds.

His property was underpinned 10 years ago and so I wanted to discuss insurance implications with a Lloyds’ agent. He was knowledgeable and gave me great reassurance. I like the simplistic way in which Lloyds sets out insurance options so when my renewal came up recently, I went with Lloyds even though it was slightly more expensive, because I trust the brand.
