My hospital used an alternative company…

My hospital used an alternative company for my first few deliveries. They caused untold stress and frustration. Having spoken to Julie at ‘LC’ I was pleasantly delighted. She speaks clearly with a very helpful attitude. All my concerns about future deliveries have been eradicated.

Was lied to by several persons about…

Was lied to by several persons about when my nurse appointment was.
Was called on Friday telling me my appointment was on Monday between 8am and 6pm called at 1pm and was told they were coming and would get back to me with a time, I called again at 5-30pm and was told that I did not have an appointment booked was told they would be coming on Tuesday, never happened.only the last person I spoke to was honest and very helpful

7 day update from ‘putting people’s health at risk’

Having put a review on 6/02/26 to say what a shocking service I had an received a very carefully worded PR response I am now 7 days later and still no nurse giving me my injection!! Just phone calls from gaslighting members of staff attempting to cover their negligence rather than actually provide the service they are contracted to do. I am now 3 days+ late in having an injection. I don’t think it is possible to get worse service than this company. Please don’t put your health in their hands or believe the PR responses they put on here. It isn’t fit for function and shouldn’t have a contract with the NHS. Of course I will be taking this further because it is a clear breach in their duty of care. If you read the negative reviews you will notice a clear pattern.

We carried out an investigation to understand what happened. We can see that a treatment training session was initially arranged for 10.02.26. However, you advised that you would not be at available at that time, and alternative arrangements needed to be made.

A home visit was then arranged for Friday 13.02.26. Unfortunately, while travelling to your address, the nurse experienced an unexpected tyre puncture. The nurse contacted you to explain the situation and requested that the visit be rearranged. We appreciate how disappointing this must have been, particularly after previous difficulties in arranging the appointment. We note that you contacted us again on 16.02.26 and were advised that a nurse would attend today 17.02.26. I can confirm that an urgent nurse visit has been arranged for this evening, 17.02.26, to ensure there is no further delay.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Your feedback is important to us, and we are reviewing this case internally to identify improvements in our communication and scheduling processes.
