Called back and spoke to Joe. He was very polite, very helpful. Spoke clearly.

Person who called insisted I take my injection once a month,I told him it's every 28 days but he said was wrong,this needs to be addressed, he was wrong and should not tell people differently, this is the first time it has happened.

Following a stay in hospital and a big change to my treatment.I discovered that my px had not been received,therefore i had no medication and was quite stressed out .However a lovely member of staff called Arrow helped me monday the 23rd of march and reassured me she would. chase it up as an urgent.This is all sorted now and received a phone call 26th March to tell me my delivery will be Tuesday 31st .I cant thank her enough and this is above and beyond service

Been a customer with Lloyds Clinical for several years for medication deliveries. Communication to arrange deliveries has to be done over phone or by email as the Home app has never worked. I have attempted many times with zero success. Tried twice this morning only to be sent the standard response ’oops, something went wrong’ again.
